We stayed here for Festival No 6 as we could not face another year in a wet tent. Absolutely wonderful B&B. The hosts - Ian and Sarah could not have been more welcoming. My daughter loved the extra attention given to her - finding her Cocoa Pops and trying to accommodate her fussy diet! Especially loved the twin room that... More

I have visited Wenallt guest house for several years now with friends. As I have mentioned before the guest house is very clean and comfortable. Most rooms have a good view, they are light and airy. The beds are comfy with soft pillows. Brewing facilities are excellent with ordinary coffee or decaff together with different teas (some fruit). You can... More

It's probably all been said in the previous reviews - Wenallt is a lovely place to stay. A six night stay is no-where near long enough. From the welcome received by Sarah and Ian, to the quality and cleanliness of the rooms (and Sarah's biscuits) and last, but no means least, the superb breakfasts. The location is ideal and it... We experienced a very enjoyable 5 night stay in 'Wenallt' where we were warmly welcomed by Sarah & Ian. The accommodation, was a large double room at the front of the house with views over the valley; which also benefitted from a beautifully appointed, newly fitted en-suite bathroom. Each morning we enjoyed superb breakfast, with attentive but 'non-intrusive' service and... More

We stayed at the Wenallt Guest House for a short break in August 2014 . An excellent B&B , Sarah & Ian made us most welcome, . Our room ( the old housekeepers room ) was beautiful with tea, coffee etc facilities, and homemade cookies, TV and a comfortable sofa and plenty of space and a view across the river... More

Our first time to stay at Wenallt, but would love to return. Very friendly and welcoming hosts, but not overbearing. Food was excellent and we loved the views. We booked an extra night, so had to move rooms and both were of a very high standard. Have recommended to friends and family,

Lovely large room beautifully appointed with excellent en suite. Sarah and Ian were very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Good central location for town, sea and countryside. This was our first visit and we would certainly return.

My third time staying at Wenallt and still just as pleased as the first time. Nice old house looking out over the village of Penrhyndeudraeth, the estuary and the hills beyond. Quiet with friendly hosts who stay out of the way, but manage to appear whenever you need them. The breakfast is so good you probably won't need lunch! Reasonably... More

Many of the original features remain of this 1900s house, built for the Baptist minister of the nearby church, but the facilities offered are right up to date, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Soft pillows (I always carry my own...no need this time), - synthetic ones available - light duvet, settee and easy chair, and little touches..a welcome tray, sewing kit,... More

If you want a Rolls Royce B&B, then come here. It's quiet, roomy, luxurious, with lots of extras. The breakfast is superb. It's friendly. Lovely basket of shampoo etc., flannel, dressing gown, in the spotlessly clean bathroom. Tea/coffee/chocolate making facilities with tea pot and fresh milk on request. Home made biscuits out every day. Wow!
