My husband & I stayed here just before Christmas to do some coastal walking. Behind a modest road frontage lies a charming, spacious Victorian Villa, with views down across the town to the estuary & hills beyond. Our room was spacious & with an excellent en-suite. The comfort of guests had been considered carefully from the provision of home made... More

Stayed here while doing some volunteering on the nearby railway. Great B&B with decent sized room. Owners were incredibly helpful and provided helpful advice on the local area. Breakfasts very nice too. Will hope to return in 2016 for another stay at this place

This is our second visit (again we were visiting Festival No 6). Wonderful guest house and so happy to return. Lovely room with spectacular views. Fantastic breakfast, and, best of all, the shortbread or flapjacks (home made of course). The hosts are exceptional and I am looking forward to visiting again!

This was our second visit to Wenallt, and it certainly won't be our last. Everything is immaculate, Sarah and Ian are the perfect hosts, and the breakfasts remain legendary! Now the link to Harlech is fully open, there is so much more within easy reach.

Very satisfied customers. Breakfasts to kill for. Nothing was a problem and made to feel very relaxed during our stay of seven nights. Double room was roomy with a settee and two armchairs. TV if you need to while away the time. Recently renewed ensuite bathroom immaculate. Location very good for Snowdonia north and south with good road access if... More

We were looking for a Bed & Breakfast establishment as a base for our visit to North Wales and came across Wenallt from the 'Great Little Trains' website. Price was good, especially with the Great Little Trains discount, so we booked for 6 nights. The right decision was made! Wenallt is not only an excellent centre from which to visit... More

We had a lovely couple of days here in the Wenallt Guest House back in April. The guest house is in a lovely unspoilt very pretty area. We were shown to our room and were VERY pleasantly surprised it - the room was large with a beautiful bed in it, it had fresh, crisp sheets on it and was one... More

Such comfortable and spacious rooms with sofa,tea/coffee and homemade biscuits and a great welcome from Ian and Sarah. Particularly good breakfasts with excellent coffee and a very tasty hot dishes. Its a few minutes walk from the Festiniog railway station(request stop).... More

My third visit to then excellent establishment with my brother - a lovely welcome from Sarah and Ian as always, fantastic rooms of a very high standard and lovely breakfasts using local produce. We used Wenaullt as a base to travel on the Welsh Highland Railway from Porthmadog to Caernarvon and also on the Ffestiniog Railway from Porthmadog to Bleanau... More

Very pleasantly surprised! Views out over the town toward the estuary. Beautiful large room, friendly service and great location. We stayed in the Glas room (Blue Room) which was delightful. It has its own ensuite. Bed was 'firm' and bedding was nice and freshly laundered. We were provided with complimentary bathrobes, sufficient towels and a basket of toiletries too. The... More
