Located in Keystone and close to Mt. Rushmore and other several activities. Nearby shopping and restaurants. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and old décor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would sure stay again at the resort.

This hotel is reasonably located for a visit to Mount Rushmore and for the area of Keystone. The hotel has a dated appearance and the rooms are certainly 1960s in decor and design. The rooms are reasonably equipped for a one night stay and designed for the traveller. There are no in room tea or coffee making facilities. Coffee is... More

We stayed for one night on our coach tour - the room was large, and although it was a bit dated, it was clean and the bed comfortable. It is really close to the Main Street which had a choice of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was really nice and the service was excellent. Coffee is available 24/7 in Reception.

Good clean hotel. The rooms had log affect fires which was pleasant as we arrived during a thunder storm and a bit damp. We dined at the Crazy Horse Memorial Sculpture. A bit of a hike for breakfast although when we arrived the service was quick and the servers very helpful. Keystone a great wee town that survives on the... More

It was clean but that's all I can really say. Our room was at the back so we had no view but we has people walking passed our window for some reason, unsure if they were staff. The location was good and the staff were so so. Probably wouldn't stay here again as it was a bit dated.

When I booked this hotel through Booking.com, the confirmation indicated there would be a fireplace in the room, that there was a restaurant, and a casino. We arrived, and the room had no fireplace, so when I inquired about it, we were moved to a very crowded room with no view, and the fireplace was nothing more than an electric... More

We stayed at the Mt. Rushmore White House Resort for one week. Staff friendly and helpful and did much to make our tripl more enjoyable. Particularly Scott and Rodica, very personable and accomodating hotel staff. Service was excellent. Hotel is centrally located, close to boardwalk and minutes from Rushmore. Used hotel as our base for visiting Rapid City, Badlands, Crazy... More

We rented Teddy's Chalet for our recent trip to Mount Rushmore. We chose the chalet to have our own little private home to stay in, and for the hot tub. But when we arrived we where told that they put us in the Hotel, (if we wanted a hotel stay we would have booked one!) This was despite four or... More

I did a reservation with this hotel via Orbitz. At the time of booking, I explicitly said that i am looking for a Kitchen in the room. And, i don't care about anything else but i am too particular for the Kitchen as its needed for my 1 Year old's Food. I was promised that my booking has a Kitchen.... More
