This hotel location is great! We paid a great rate in June and spent most of our time around town so it fit our sleeping needs just fine. We stayed in a corner room by the pool with a fireplace. It was a good location. We would stay here again.

I stayed here during a visit to Mount Rushmore during a corner to corner drive across country. I arrived after dark in the early evening and there were almost no other tourists in the area. In fact I was literally the only person visiting Mt. Rushmore when I got there and it was beautiful all lit up. The rate I... More

We read a flier saying you got $10 off the 1st night, and $20 off your 2nd and 3rd night, so we booked over the phone, just a few hours away in the car. When we arrived it was very hard to find and they suddenly decided to tell us we could not get the discount even though NOWHERE did... More

I visited this hotel as part of a travelling group and when we arrived the staff were out to welcome us off the bus, I found this to be a lovely touch. I had to use the telephone to call home (the UK) and the manager wouldn't accept any money for the call. We left to go on a excursion... More

This was the next to last property we stayed at during our cross country trip, and perhaps I was just getting a little annoyed with driving but I felt that it was a bit off the beaten path, so to speak, though the town itself was really nice. The staff was very nice and we didn't have any problems checking... More

Ok normally businesses depend on customers to make money but it seems that this guys make money some other way and have this "Resort" to offset they salary. The place is horrible, customer service is horrible. I paid $99 for one night and this place is not worth $40. The town of Keystone is awesome and full of hotels, fine... More

We stayed at the Mt Rushmore White Hose Resort, while on a Cosmos coach trip, it was early may so the place was a little quiet, the hotel was well maintained comfy rooms and bed. Good bar just around the corner, very good stay.

The sign said there was a heated pool and meal deals. There was loads of snow and no other patrons of the hotel that we could see. First off the pool was closed for the season, as was the restaurant, then there was the fact that they did not give us an off-season discount rate when asked. It was still the... More

Stayed here over night on our tour through National Parks with Archers Cosmos (excellent tour) so don't know cost. Hotel is dated but very clean. Has indoor swimming pool with sun lounge area. Food in restaurant that evening was served buffet style, and looked so unappealing (dry and wizened) we decided not to eat there. For breakfast we took a... More

Stayed here 1 night as part of Cosmos tour. OK room, with worn carpets, old bedspreads, really cheap soap. Room has refrigerator & TV. No coffeemaker in room; you need to go to the office to get it. This hotel is sprawling with 2 stories and an old elevator. There is a nice indoor pool with spa. Keystone is small... More
