The room was very nice and clean. It was a large room. Water drained from tub and sink so wasn't standing in water when taking a shower. The sink had a stop so you could wash your face. The continental breakfast was sufficient. Oh and the pillows were good didn't need two to make one.

This hotel had a wonderful location and had a good view of Mount Rushmore. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We would stay here again when we are back in the area. It was also a short drive to Mount Rushmore which was nice.

We stayed here two nights so as to be able to spend a full day up at Mount Rushmore and in the Black Hills. When we arrived we found that for some reason our reservations for that night had not been registered through the booking system. The lovely lady on reception soon resolved the problem and we were quickly provided... More

I stayed for two nights. My room had two double beds, so I moved the blankets and pillows from the first bed over to my bed. The next day, I found that they had made my bed keeping the blankets in place. I appreciated that. The people were friendly, I was in walking distance to town, and I could see... More

Our stay was for two nights. Staff was very helpful starting with our requesting a view of Rushmore as soon as we booked our room on line. Once we got there front office staff was friendly. Room was a little worn but clean and clean is what we wanted. View was interesting and as discussed by the staff! Restaurant next... More

Very disappointed. Website and brochures showed a pool. We chose this hotel for the location and the fact that they had a pool. A must for our family activity in the summer. Got to the hotel and we were told the pool hadn't been open for two years. We asked for a manager since the advertising was not correct. Was... More

Another nice wee hotel, yes it's getting on a bit, everything's starting to look a bit tired. But it's clean, comfortable (beds were great, even though it's right on the road I never heard a thing), and it location in Keystone makes it a great base for exploring the Black Hills and for walking around the town. The greeting we... More

Pros - The location was great. Beds were comfortable. Clean room. No bed bugs. 5 minutes to Mt Rushmore. 2 minutes to scenic road. Cons - Tiniest room I have stayed in. Table and chairs beside the bed which gave no room to get out of bed on that side. There was a rip in one of the chairs. At... More
