The double queen room we reserved was occupied. We were put in a double bed room on the third floor. Smaller room and bed. My feet hung over the end of the bed. The little 13 inch crt. TV remote did not work. Remote was replaced and tv worked. Only 8 channels and all but one channel was so blurry... More

I am a Wyndham Rewards member that travels mostly for business. I took this opportunity to take a couple pleasure days with my wife on this business trip to see Mt. Rushmore and the black hills, what a mistake. This reservation was booked through the Wyndham Rewards website. We arrived at the hotel at 10:10PM to find the lobby closed... More

It was an older hotel, but had recent decorative updates. It did have a slightly musty smell. Newer mattresses. Very poor internet connection and very limited free breakfast. There is a nice hometown restaurant right next door. Very clean hotel and staff were all very friendly and helpful. This ia a no frilla hotel, but it was a nice, clean... More

There were 2 reasons I booked at this lodge. The first was that it was a member of Wyndham Rewards program and the second was the price. The staff and the cleanliness of the lodge was perfect. But what greatly surprised me was that you could see Mt. Rushmore during the day, as well as at night. The lodge does... More

The rooms were clean and the reception people were nice. The wifi poor and the "free breakfast" area is the size of a closet and the selection is very limited. The cost was overpriced for the area and what Travelodge offered.

The Travelodge was clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. There was a table and chairs plus 2 queen, comfortable beds. Two chairs on the balcony for us to enjoy the (distant) view of Mt. Rushmore. Breakfast area was very tiny - only 3 tables, but food was restocked consistently. It was a very limited menu but... We arrived in the evening and was on the third floor. We had to carry a lot of bags to our room without any outdoor lighting. We had to use our flashlight to find the lock for the key. When we walked into the room it smelled old and musty, we left the door open and tried to air it... More

We were traveling cross country and booked on the fly with the Wyndham app. We were very pleased with the accommodations and friendliness of the staff.
