I would not stay there again if it was the only hotel left available. The rooms had no fridge or microwave. The handrail going up the stairs on the second flight was extremely wobbly and scared my 5 year old. The breakfast was a complete joke. They had cereal containers with no cereal, only 4 hard boiled eggs and store... More

Thank you for the review, while it was not one we are proud of, it has given us the opportunity to correct some of the issues brought up in your review. Having just opened up, we are continuing to improve our breakfast as the season continues. We did not show any record of your dissatisfaction as we would have done... More

We stayed here one night in April. Good time to be in Keystone, as it was not crowded. Front desk was very friendly and changed us from 3rd floor to main. There was parking right in front of our spacious room. Good location for walking the 1 block long main street. Probably because it was preseason, we were not charged... More

Thank you taking the time to write a review. Having just opened for the 2015 season, we want to thank you for the positive feedback. You are correct, the resort fee or what we call our amenities fee is not in effect yet as many of the attractions are not open just yet and this fee gives each guest huge... More

We stayed one night for the benefit of being handy to Mt Rushmore. We found Keystone friendly and inviting. Location was great and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Room was a good size and the motel was a short walk to downtown. Price was also reasonable

The town of Keystone is nothing short of charming. This is cute town and I would not mind staying there again. This hotel is in a great location, is very old fashion. It has been a long time since I stayed in a room with no safe, or hairdryer. Bring your own! It is not luxury by any means and... More

We registered on the first day of the season for them reasonable rates and close to places to eat and shop. We were on the end next to a little creek running right next to our room very nice. We ate at the little deli next door across the creek.

Perfect stop after a long ride. Town was fun and quaint. At the foot of Rushmore. Rooms are unusually large and very ckean. Easy walk to boardwalk shops and restaraunts. Was $20 lower than tbe rest during a busy bike week. Would highly recommend this motek.

We stopped by with no reservations. Friendly staff. There were three of us and the room was large enough. Didn't feel cramped. Only draw back was shower. Very short shower, if were tall may be a problem. Room was very clean and the location is great for walking to shops and restaurants. Would stay again, but would try to get... More

My family and I were taking a walk along the main strip of Keystone and realized our final destination was too far for the kids there and back, My husband returned back to the hotel for our car, and upon return pulled into this parking lot. This was the safest place for our 6&8 year olds to board from where... More

Stayed here for 2 nights, price wasn't bad. Got a nice king sized bed, enjoyed that! Everything was super clean and very nice. 2 things that need big improvements: the tv and the shower curtain. The tv was puny and older style and the shower curtain looked like something from the dollar store-thin as ever and kinda yellowish white. Breakfast... More

Did not make reservations so was happy to find a room. Had room 309 so on the the 3rd floor and as far back as you could go. No elevator or escalator (note the stairs in the picture). This was hard to walk up and carry your luggage especially after walking the path at Mt. Rushmore most of the day.... More
