This man-who we only know as Raj-----made our six day stay at this hotel very special. We hope that he will be there again on our next trip. We came into this hotel right off the street-after checking out of a hotel where we were treated like dirt. Raj took over and made our vacation a time to remember. I... More

Thank you to Akrit, at the front desk. He was very courteous and helpful. I had accidently left my camera in my room when I checked out. When I called I was first told that they had not found a camera. The next morning when Akrit was in he checked on the camera and found it. Then personally mailed it... More

We stayed there while visiting the park. It was dirty, had smelly towels, clogged sink, and was very noisy. The room had a musty smell so we kept our window open which wasn't so great because of the noise. For some reason, the music played in the lobby also is played outside.

We stopped in Keystone on our way home from Glacier just to have Jane's Boardwalk Pizza. The hotel was pretty rundown. The bathroom was so small you could hardly turn around. Our son's room smelled like smoke even though they advertised no smoking rooms. They didn't have room to park our RV even though they told us over the phone... More

We pulled into Keystone at this was first hotel we saw close to the Boardwalk. It had a sign flashing $49.95s and looked decent enough. Pretty good rate right? Wrong. When I asked about it front desk worker said it was only for single person. The rate for a room was actually $89. I had been checking out rooms earlier... More

I think it must have been great timing, but we got here just after labor day and got upgrade to a king bed for under a sub 100 price. Big room, clean, seperate basin from bathroom, pool, hot spa(not Luke warm), free coffee all day. Really nice place with parking, but not quite enough spaces. The place was a little... More

We stayed here while visiting the sites in the area. While they did clean everyday they need to do some "deep" cleaning. We always do a good search of the room before we leave to make sure we don't leave anything behind. Well when my husband looked under the bed he stated it has not been vacuumed in months as... More

Best thing about this place is the location. Within walking distance of restaurants and interesting shops o the boardwalk. Nothing special about the room. Big stain on our rug, pillows are crap (bring your own), but it was cleaned well everyday. Seemed to be overdosing the pool with chlorine or having issues while we were there. The first time we... My first room the deadbolt needed to be fixed. It was fixed immediately and we were put in a nicer room the next day. Raj was very good and so was the other staff. When changing rooms we left an item behind and it was brought to us right away by the housekeeper. The hot water in our room was... More
