We booked for the view and there is little to choose from. It’s terrible and while there is a view it’s not worth it, stay somewhere else. This is not a resort; it’s a mere motel with an indoor swimming pool. It’s out dated and not very clean. Avoid!!

One night stay for Mt. Rushmore. The daytime staff was helpful and friendly! The big turn off was the bikers smoking their crack pipe right outside the front office window. They tried to hide it as we walked around the corner but some images cannot be unseen. The hotel backs to a cut mountain so no view from back rooms.... More

The staff and the place is very nice. They have a pool and spa. In our room we had frig and microwave. The ice machine was close by. Steve at the front desk was very nice and helpful. They did not have a breakfast but they have restaurant on site.

The hotel is centrally located in keystone, south dakota. Easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The hotel is pet friendly and has zero added fees for pets. There is only 1 elevator in the main building so if there is a lot of bags and on the 3rd floor it may be difficult for some. The room itself was... More

I stayed here with a group for 2 nights. Pros: - Right in the middle of the main strip. - Nice size indoor pool and hot tub. - Front desk workers accommodating (let us in the pool before and after posted hours, let me go behind the front desk to use the computer to print something) - Microwave and refrigerator... First, if we had to do over, we would have stayed in the town of Custer - a lot more going on there and really cute. We stayed in Keystone because it was closer to Mt. Rushmore. So if you don't stay in Custer, then I would suggest trying another hotel in Keystone. The hotel was fine for crashing and... More

The room was basic, but had everything we needed. It's in walking distance of everything and Keystone is a great town, we had dinner at Ruby's restaurant it had good food for a good price. I recommend asking for a room away from the pool as it can get really noisy.

Booked this room about 2 weeks in advance since it was one of the few hotels with availability. Now I know why there was availability! From the moment you walk in, you are treated terrible. No hello, no welcome. Older gentleman that reeked of cigarette smoke and the balder foreign younger man assisting him acted as if we were disrupting... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. Room 300. Giant suite with kitchen and 3 beds! Very clean and roomy! Parking is REALLY tight! Can barely open your car door. Suggestion....park across the street. Cost is $5 but worth it. Also...desk is NOT open all night. I believe it closes at 10. If arriving late, phone the desk and let them know. :)
