Lydia and her husband are extraordinary people. They are so very friendly, you feel like you're at home. I really wanted to stay overnight in a castle while in Scotland, and Castle Levan was the perfect place to stay. Originally built in the 14th century, Levan has been recently restored (under the guidance of Historic Scotland) and converted to a B&B.
