Spent the night here with my partner for romantic break. Hotel, grounds and room were second to none however completely let down by staff with the exception of the receptionist. Not only was my partner called a lady when we went to the bar for drinks we were offered water at our table for dinner however the waiter neglected to inform... More

Have arrived today to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Surroundings and room stunning . Very personable greeting From Ieuan on reception. Champagne and flowers in our room on arrival. The food has been exceptional and the spa is amazing. Nothing to much trouble for any of the staff who really do deliver exceptional customer service. Looking forward to the next... More

We stayed at Foxhills for my husbands 30th birthday, and booked a Junior Suite via Booking.com. Upon arrival, reception wee very polite and informed us where everything was and also how to get to our room. We were staying in one of the annex buildings by the outdoor pool, and not the manor house - and still managed to get... More

The service was very good and the choice of food was excellent. It was a great meal. Unfortunately I asked the restaurant to call me a cab. They came from Woking and took me two miles home at a cost of £16. I will call a local cab company next time.

I stayed here for one night whilst in the area on business. I booked the room through booking.com and paid approximately £133 for the night including breakfast. The check in was swift and pleasant and I wasted no time in finding the spa once I had dropped my bags off in my room. The room itself was in the annex... More

Went here for a spa break and choice the executive room. If it wasn't for our gorgeous clean room there would be nothing else enjoying about foxhills, Not very friendly staff no one to show us were the room was which was bit of a nightmare in the dark. Being told strait away that the restaurant was fully booked and... More

I have tried to remove this review as it is from an employee who has left the company. This person has not stayed at the hotel or used any services. The reason they know about the facilities as they used to work here. I am at a loss as to why Trip Advisor say that the review has met the... More

My wife and I stayed at Foxhills just before Christmas last year. The room was nice and spacious but on a number of occasions we weren't given the right orders or things were missing when we ordered room service. I also went down to the bar twice to find nobody there (before 11pm) and had to eventually ask reception to... More

This was our first time at Foxhills and we took our two children, aged 8 and 6. Our family room was brilliant, spacious and ideal as interconnecting with a shared bathroom. We enjoyed using the family pool and children's facilities. We did however think the arrangements for family dining were not well thought through. We were required to eat either... More

Although we got married at Great Fosters, and usually return for our anniversary, I decided to book Foxhills this year as they have a spa and indoor swimming pool. It is a very different property, with less history and more modern facilities, attached to a golf course. Everything is in excellent condition and the junior suite we'd booked was large... More
