Visited Foxhills this weekend and it was amazing! Everything about the hotel was class. Our room was spacious, clean and gorgeous! We ordered room service which arrived hot and was very generous in portions - the chips are amazing! We also went to the spa with the outdoor hot tub being a special treat! I cannot wait to go back!

Had a lovely two night stay here just for a bit of peace and quiet. Stayed in room 67 in the Lyne House which was massive and overlooked a wood. Had two meals in the X1X pub/restaurant which were really well cooked and good value. The breakfasts were brilliant but most impressive were the staff, nothing was too much trouble.... More

Had a wonderful stay at Foxhill's over a weekend. Beautiful (and impressive!) entrance & grounds. Lovely large & modern room in the courtyard (worth paying extra for). Spa was super clean & well equipped with friendly staff. Massage was good but too short as only a 25min slot was available... you must book at least a month in advance for... More

Myself and my wife stayed at Foxhills for the first time back in January this year, at first before booking, i called the hotel to see if they could recommend a particular room to suit my fussy needs, i spoke to a gentleman called Tyler (sorry if spelt wrong) who could not have been more helpful, i explained that we... Visited Foxhills as a birthday treat with 3 girl friends on spa break weekend. The treatments were good and the therapist doing my massage was excellent. The grounds and buildings are beautiful and we were blessed with gorgeous weather in March for the 2 days we visited. The annex were we stayed is obviously newer build but the decor kept... More

I was here for a business meeting, unfortunately for just one night. I had a junior suite which was fabulous. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and I wish I had been there for pleasure. I had room service food which was excellent.

Foxhills main hotel building is in the tradition of English country hotels: pretty and quaint, with a few interesting nooks and crannies. Some of the accommodation blocks were clearly newer builds, and pretty soulless. Worse, some kind of attempt has been made to give the furnishings an antique-y feel, resulting in curtains and headboards on the beds sporting the sort... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your detailed review. I believe we spoke on the day of your visit regarding your spa treatments. I completely understand that a change in treatments is frustrating, however I can assure you we did everything we could to try and cover your appointments. As a last resort, we offered 2 half an hour treatments each,... More

Stayed for 1 night in room 18, a large spacious bedroom, bathroom and lounge area, just not the best decor in context to the grandeur of the main house. Every time we or adjacent rooms used water, a loud pump shook the entire suite which would have got really annoying if we had stayed longer than 1 night, for those... More

Dear Guest Thank you for your kind review - we are looking into the noise which could have been caused by a pump, and I am sorry to find out on Trip advisor rather than when you were here when we could have done something about it immediately. I am of course very pleased you enjoyed the facilities you used... More

I went here for a weekend getaway with a group of girlfriends. We had a really lovely time. The grounds and buildings were beautiful. We had rooms 12 and 14 which were spacious single story twin rooms with an external door. built kind of like stable blocks. They were very quiet They had no baths, although this didn't bother me.... Dear Guest Thank you for your comments, The Summerhouse as you have found out is ouR family area, but both XIX and the Manor are very much geared towards couples and groupS without children and is a little more sophisticated. I very much look forward to welcoming you back again very soon. Kind Regards Jason Adams GENERAL MANAGER More
