If what you need is a place to stay close to the entrance this fits the bill, they are pretty run down cabins, and the mattresses are like boards. Our unit had a nice wood burning fireplace that kept it warm, didn't see much in the way of A/C if you are there when it is cold. WIFI from the... More

Property is VERY old and does not have AC. I was lucky enough to stay on a mild day. Could be miserable when 90 degrees. TV was 13 inch model that must have been 20 years old. Furniture was wooden type and reminded me of a picnic bench chair. $130 was a lot for very little. I would avoid this... More

The location is a few yards from the park entrance. That is the plus. The downside is it is EXTREMELY uncomfortable. We stayed in the 3 BR "SUITE" which included old wooden patio furniture as the living room "furnishings", beds that the Goodwill probably would reject and a bathroom the size of an airplane restroom. The TV is about 8... More

i read about the very mixed reviews of this hotel but decided to give it a try because of the close location to Mt. Rainer. unfortunately, this was the worst hotel we've ever stayed because during our 3 night stay, no one had ever made our beds and cleaned our room. all the housekeepers did was changing the towels and... My sister and I stayed here 1 night while visiting the park. This motel was really not very nice. Very old log cabin, beds not comfortable. No privacy. Somewhat clean, but bugs all over since the bathroom window did not have a screen. Shower very tiny. Noisy since neighbors come and go at all hours, and windows are open since... More

Extremely rude and poor customer service. Had a terrible experience during the july 4 weekend. I had booked for 2 nights through priceline.com couple of months ago. On the day of our arrival, we arrive late in the night only to find out that our room has been cancelled by the manager, Kenny Su, since the payment from some third... More

It's a cabin folks. Don't expect 5 stars and all the bells and whistles. It was clean and comfy. There were 3 beds in our room one was momma bears bed and way to soft and creaked every time you moved so we avoided sleeping in that one. The staff was really nice and the cabin was a stones throw... More

I travel a lot and I don't consider myself high maintenance, but this place is THE WORST MOTEL EVER!!! It is disgusting!! Long story short, no running water, only a few drips of freezing cold water would come out of the shower head. No clean towels, and no one to call to get assistance (office was closed). Nasty insects all... More

Well, this was probably the worst hotel experience of my life, and I travel a LOT, so I've had some doozies. Yeah, I know, I should have paid more attention to the TripAdvisor reviews, but I am intrepid, and can usually deal with less-than-ideal lodging situations with humor and flexibility. But my Trip From Hell began with a screaming argument... More

I was a little nervous to stay here after reading the reviews but my husband and I really wanted to be able to bring our dog and options were limited if we didn't want to pay $300/night. We stayed in cabin #6 for one night. When we arrived the women working there was very welcoming, excited that we had brought... More
