This is a great location for exploring the park but it is not the Hilton. Our cabin was clean and comfortable and 100 yards from the park gate. We had breakfast at the Copper Inn nearby and were in the park at 9 and virtually no one else was. Because of this we stopped whenever and where ever we wanted.... More

On leaving 1 day early I said, "I hope room 18 is your worst room" - concave mattress, shower door broken & not clean, burnt out lights, plastic bag covering smoke detector, brown smear on bedspread and more. "We're not the Ramada Inn" was the reply repeated ad nauseum. Location is the only plus and there are many other options.... More

Only good thing about this place is location. One can save lot of time by staying at this place. Conditions of the room are horrible and dingy, beds are horrible, carpets are horrible and smelly , bathrooms are worse than basic. They should improve conditions of this place, to treat their customers , for humanity sake. It was a nightmare... More

The only positive about this motel is proximity to Mt. Rainier which was also our main objective. We were a group of 17 people and we seemed to have overwhelmed them. The cabin beds were uncomfortable and the rooms extremely dark. And in today's times, who has electrical outlets next to the TV for the entire room and not near... More

We had read the reviews of this place and had some concerns. When we arrived, Shannon gave us keys to our cabin hours before check in and the owner (who speaks little English) attempted to charge us for the room yet we had paid in advance. Sherry helped us with this with ease and kindness and Kenny was very pleasant... More

If what you need is a place to stay close to the entrance this fits the bill, they are pretty run down cabins, and the mattresses are like boards. Our unit had a nice wood burning fireplace that kept it warm, didn't see much in the way of A/C if you are there when it is cold. WIFI from the... More

Property is VERY old and does not have AC. I was lucky enough to stay on a mild day. Could be miserable when 90 degrees. TV was 13 inch model that must have been 20 years old. Furniture was wooden type and reminded me of a picnic bench chair. $130 was a lot for very little. I would avoid this... More

The location is a few yards from the park entrance. That is the plus. The downside is it is EXTREMELY uncomfortable. We stayed in the 3 BR "SUITE" which included old wooden patio furniture as the living room "furnishings", beds that the Goodwill probably would reject and a bathroom the size of an airplane restroom. The TV is about 8... More

i read about the very mixed reviews of this hotel but decided to give it a try because of the close location to Mt. Rainer. unfortunately, this was the worst hotel we've ever stayed because during our 3 night stay, no one had ever made our beds and cleaned our room. all the housekeepers did was changing the towels and... My sister and I stayed here 1 night while visiting the park. This motel was really not very nice. Very old log cabin, beds not comfortable. No privacy. Somewhat clean, but bugs all over since the bathroom window did not have a screen. Shower very tiny. Noisy since neighbors come and go at all hours, and windows are open since... More
