We just left there this morning. Can you believe it that there's only 1 shower & toilet for this resort, plus they are each separate rooms. Shortly after we checked in, I used the restroom. The restroom had paper towels on the floor and the toilet wasn't cleaned. Nasty! They could have put a larger trashcan in there to prevent... More

Judging by the other reviews, this is a great place for staying in a cabin. However, if you have an RV without toilet and shower facilities or if you are tent camping, plan on a long wait for a shower or using the toilet. The wait for the shower was five deep one evening. Folks were in emergency mode waiting... More

Wow.......85 years in business and our first "terrible" review all because this guest had to wait a few minutes to use the restroom. I don't know how else to respond. We have 16 RV sites, all of which have their own sewer connections. We have only two tent spaces. One bathroom and one shower has serviced our resort for over... More

This is our third time to stay at Mt. Haven and our third cabin. Our first stay was in cabin "Oak." Our second stay was in cabin "Pine" and our third stay was in cabin "Maple." Maple quickly became our favorite. It has two bedrooms one bath and a kitchen area. Our first night was a little cool, so owners... More

Great cabins, the owners, James and Zandy, were the best hosts! I stayed a couple of nights after a trip tenting across the Pacific North West. the most relaxing time I remember from the trip. The trees were beautiful, and very close to mt Rainer.

Wait until you meet the owner, Zandy. She is awesome, and so is this little resort run by her and husband, James. I'm sitting on a charming front porch of an adorable cottage in one of the Adirondack chairs, enjoying a sip of wine. My family and I had hiked for much of the day on a spectacular trail in... More

Whether you're looking for a nice, clean, and nicely furnished cabin, or a place to park and hook-up your RV, Mounthaven offers both. The cabins are nicely located among the site with plenty of trees, picnic tables, and the degree of privacy you desire. The hosts are pleasant, welcoming, and just a short walk away should you ever need anything.... More

What a beautiful area to stay in. I enjoyed all the path and beautiful scenery we stayed in the willow cabin its was very nice without having to sleep outside in a tent. Definitely will be returning, owners are very nice and if you need anything they are there for help. Bonus was to see the young deer they feed... More

Stayed for three nights in the Hemlock cabin; my 88-year old mother and 85-year old aunt stayed in the Maple. The Hemlock is perfect for one or two, had nice and hot water for the shower and deer entertainment all mornings I was there. I would say about the only drawback would be the inside lighting. The lamps appeared to... More

Stayed here on a tour of the Northwest this June. We were on a camping tour and stayed in one of their camping cabins. It was a great little cabin and had everything we needed. It had two bunks, One full size, and one twin. We were all set up for camping so we had our sleeping bags and stuff... More

We stayed here last August in the Maple Cabin. As soon as we left last year we were already dreaming of a return trip. We made it back to the Mountain this Spring and spent 3 great days in the Pine Cabin, which had just undergone some recent renovations. Its a bit smaller than the Maple cabin, but was more... More
