Have not enjoyed Stone Creek in winter before, after MANY summer visits over the years. Walking into our favorite Cabin #10 was like walking into a nice warm hug! The power had been out earlier and there were 2 ft of new snow so we weren't sure what we would find. As we entered, we noted the little tinsel tree... More

The unexpected snow made it Oh so Beautiful. Now I want to go back in the Spring and enjoy the beautiful surroundings when we can enjoy the campfire, hot tub and other great things. The lack of power and water were OK for one night, but the falling trees did make for one sleepless night. Too much snow, too fast... More

Between the gas fireplace, private hot tub, kitchenette, and Rainer a short distance away, we couldn't ask for more. And for people who need to stay in touch with the outside world, access to the internet via wi-fi. And for a view, up to 11 deer feeding feet from our door. Some might call it old-fashioned but we loved it.

Loved our overnight stay. The owner was very helpful initially with suggestions for dinner and on the following day proceeded to get apples from his home to allow me and my daughter to feed the wandering deer. Was quite happy to lend me his snow chains to get up the mountain.

New owners with great hospitality. They truly appreciate their guests and the importance of a positive experience during your stay. They are about enhancing the experience of getting away to the mountains no matter which season you chose to visit. A great place to visit and experience.

The location is awesome! If you are looking for an old fashioned retreat in the woods, yet you are not camping, and you are close to stores, and restaurants, this is your place! We keep coming back because we enjoy playing at the national park and then getting to rest up before the long drive home. The owners are very... More

Loved this spot. Clean Welcoming hosts Very cozy and right outside the park gates. Furnishings Bedding and towels are fine but basic so minus 1 star. Hot tub didn't get hot enough in a cold winters night ( don't blame anybody for that)

We've been coming here for years because its next to the Paradise Entrance to Mt Rainier, and you can get a sweet little cabin with a hot tub- bliss after a day plaing in the snow. We liked the old owner, and are happy to find that the new owners are just as friendly and personable. Plus they've been upgrading... More

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at the Stone Creek lodge. It was a pleasent experience and very peaceful. I would highly recommend staying there to anyone who is traveling to Mt. Rainer or that area. The staff was great in helping us with food places for around the area as well. Excellent recommendations.

We were looking for a last minute weekend getaway and stumbled upon Stone Creek Lodge. It was so cozy and romantic, the owners were beyond hospitable - so kind, welcoming, helpful and generous. We loved every moment and will most definitely return. This is a place that can be a romantic getaway for two, or I can also imagine it... More
