I haven't spent the night here, but I have seen the accomodations, and wouldn't hesitate to. I really loved the tree house, but they're all nice. What I'm writing about is the level of customer service you get here. It's top notch. I stop here every time I hike Mt. Rainier for my "after my hike soak". I rent one... More

One level up from camping in the woods - our family of four shared the bigger cabin - We totally loved the huge fire place and sitting on the porch in the morning & evening. When we had some smoke from fire place-we tried everything to get the fan going (high ceiling) Could not figure out how to turn it... More

Let me start by saying that I've lived in the PNW for 18 years, and I'm comfortable in and value spaces that are intended as a retreat from the world. I'm also a believer in disconnecting from technology, and making choices that aren't a detriment to our environment. I was very excited to visit Wellspring as a friend had been... More

Hi J. ~ Thank you for taking the time to detail your time with us. We value all feedback as we want to continue to improve our guests' experience as much as we can. I haven't heard this happening before but I think another guest might have used your bathroom after it was cleaned; don't know what they were thinking?!?... More

I stayed here recently with my two children in the Tumbleweed cabin. It was absolutely fabulous. Tumbleweed is a newly constructed cabin, with a great Western theme decor (kudos to the owners for such nice detailing on the decor everywhere - even the kleenex box had cowboy boots on it!). The sleeping nooks are large enough for full-sized adults, if... More

I am reluctant to write about this place because it is so cool I want it to be available next time we are in the area. What a find. Beautiful setting. Charming cabins. Each cabin is different. Each one is fully furnished with everything you need. Two full spas on site. Great walking trails in an old growth forest. Quiet,... More

We are typically hotel people and this was a little outside the comfort zone for my family but I am thrilled we stayed here. We arrived and got the keys that were left for us and had to find our cabin which took us about 20 minutes. As we were told our cabin didn't have its own bathroom but was... More

My wife and I stayed at Wellspring in the Tioga lodge. This place could have been phenomenal, but the management is sloppy. My issues: 1. There is no one physically on the premises. It was abnormally hot when we went, so I called ahead to inquire if they had AC or fans. The call center rep, after searching for a... More

AAaarrgghhhh..you've caught us not being perfect again ! Honestly, we do try so hard to keep after those little spider webs..they at least are catching any bugs that might have slipped in when the door is open, but no, we do not want guests to be disappointed that we missed a spider web. The policy we decided on regarding soaps... More

We stayed one night in the Three Bears cabin which had plenty of room for our toddler to roam. Appreciated the toy and play area in the living room, and loved the toddler-sized rocking chair and table! I felt that it was a little spendy for our small family, but it was a large space with a kitchen and would... More

Stayed in the Treehouse for 1 night. Great if you're looking for a different experience - it was fun. Very close to Mt. Rainier National Park and a couple pretty good restaurants. Easy drive to Elbe, which has a neat restaurant in the train car and where you can take the Mt. Rainier scenic railroad ride. The bed was comfortable... More

As many visitors voted, Wellspring is an extraodinary place with advantages, but to our experience also a lot of major disadvantages. According to the presentation on the web and considering the rates we espected a quite luxurious spa place and were deeply disappointed. What we found was a self-service check-in, no mobile or internet access, a worn-out cabin with a... More
