This is lovely, working farm (and working be the operative word). The rooms are finished to the highest possible standard, and breakfast is tasty and generous. The homemade blueberry jam was wonderful Janet could not be a more delightful hostess. The only problem was the "beep beep" on the farm tractor at 5:30 a.m. While I recognize it is a... More

This is a lovely B&B located about 2.5 miles from Lands End. We booked it only 2 days in advance. Thank you Janet for being so accommodating! This was our first time to Cornwall, so were unsure of the location of the B&B, however, we really couldn't have chosen a better place. The location was just perfect! We managed to... More

Wonderful location with brilliant views and walks from the front door to the headlands We were in the family room which was a little tired, but on the other hand that takes the pressure off families to keep it immaculate when there are children staying. The 2 double ensuite rooms looked very smart. Our bathroom was across a passage which... More

Spent two nights here and had a truly wonderful stay. Janet was everything a hostess should be - very welcoming and friendly providing a tray of tea on my arrival. Location perfect with wonderful views over to the cliffs. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices on offer. Would definitely recommend it and will definitely make a return visit next... More

We have just had a wonderful three night stay at Ardensawah. Janet was so welcoming and looked after us very well. The farmhouse is in a glorious spot with views down across the fields to the sea. Our room was clean, freshly decorated with new carpet and blinds and comfortable with superb views. The ensuite was modern with an excellent... More

A fine, high quality B&B, very nice rooms, good views, good solid locally sourced breakfast. You are very close to Lands End, Sennan Cove, (with great surfing,) the Minnack Theatre, St Ives, Penzance. A warm welcome, from both humans and dogs. A great place for a good break.

My wife and I stayed at Ardansawah in 2009 and drove a long way to stay there again in July 2013 as we loved the place first time around. In 2013, we arrived about an hour later than we had advised (by phone that day) after a difficult drive. This arrival seemed unpopular as our arrival greeting was 'limited' -... More

My wife and I spent a lovely 8 nights here in July of 2013. Position wise it can't be beat. The coastal path is a short amble away, the pristine beaches at Porthcurno just a tad further through a few potato fields. You'll find everyone involved with the B&B to be friendly, from Janet down to the five dogs that... More

Just stayed here for a couple of days and wish we had booked longer. Fabulous walks along the coast with secluded little coves. The B&B was lovely and Janet was a very attentive hostess, she made us feel welcome immediately after a long journey with a lovely cup of tea. The room was lovely and clean with a gorgeous sea... Lovely clean room, Janet is a great host. Had lots of laughs around the breakfast table, enjoyed exploring all the wonderful coves ( Porth Chapple and Nanjizal in particular) , all within a couple of miles walking . Highlight was watching seals play whilst having an evening picnic at Nanjizal . One of our best holidays ever
