We stayed in this hotel with 100 of our wedding guests in March. The staff was incredible and got us anything we needed. The hotel was recently renovated. It is well kept and has a very modern decor. The restuarant in the hotel, The Copeland is amazing extremely well run by the Manager, Richard Ramos. more

The lobby is lovely and the check in smooth. This was my second time there in the past 2 months; both times my room was fine, the bathroom small (they could use some extra shelving to accomodate make up bags, etc.), but the bed is an absolute delight! I am a nut about cleanliness at hotels and both times the... more

Horrible experience. The music playing below our room at the wedding reception was so loud the floors were actually vibrating and items in the room were shaking. more

Recent 3 night stay for a sales conference -- upon arrival on a Sunday evening around 6:30pm, no one out front to assist with baggage. Went to front desk - no one there. After about 5 minutes of saying, hello is anyone here, I spotted an employee who said he would get someone. Out came clerk who looked like I... more

I visited this hotel with my husband for our anniversary. We wanted to find a place that would be nice for a weekend, and wanted a quiet area. we reserved the Escape package that includes breakfast each morning and late checkout. We were so pleased at this hotel that we are returning here in a few weeks for our anniversary.... more

I stayed in the Westin in Aug/Sept for 3 weeks. This is a nice hotel with a very good restaurant. Lobby and Rooms a nicely decorated. The bathroom a little bit small but ok. There is little nature around it but a huge parking lot. The service team around the lobby who opens the door etc. is very friendly exept... more

I'm still looking for a decent hotel in the area! This wasn't it, for sure. The lobby was promising but the experience went downhill from there. Though the room itself was of a reasonable size, it was very gloomy and the bathroom was miniscule. The bed was comfortable though. There was no information in the room concerning the hotel facilities... more

I attended a meeting at this property and I was excited to stay in a Westin as I had high expectations for service and comfort. While the hotel wasn't bad, I would not call it a high end property. The bathroom door was a pocket door that didn't completely close. The HVAC system didn't work correctly either. Off or on... more

Myself and a colleague spent one night here on business in August 2007. It's a bit pricey, but the bed was worth it! This was our last stop on a long business road trip, and I was pleased overall with the stay. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The lobby is very... more
