Top drawer B&B. High quality room, super breakfast and Annette and Dave could not have been more perfect hosts. My daughter loved the ducks! more

A wonderful B & B, with excellent service. Stayed in the Luxury Room - with balcony and decking overlooking the pond, ground floor, four poster bed and superb huge shower. Breakfast was gorgeous with 7 choices, and the outdoor swimming pool was really warm and clean. Will definitely go back more

Gosh, where to start! Initial contact. Emailed the contact address with enquiry, response received the very same day, which was very pleasing, as I had left myself with only a week to plan my hols! Check-in. This was both very efficient and professional. We were shown to our room, which I knew immediately surpassed the 'Kate test'. This was evident... more

We have just returned from a lovely one night stay at the eiders. We went with out two boys aged 7 and 4. We were made to feel very welcome, with cake and drinks on arrival. We were shown to the lovely family room, with double bed and two full size single beds. The beds were very comfortable and we... more

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay when we came to Norfolk for the Thursford Festival. Most impressed by the room not only offering tea and coffee making facilities but also having a fridge with fresh milk and providing a corkscrew and glasses. The breakfast was first rate with an excellent choice. Sadly as we only stayed one night and it was in... more

Stayed here with my family including my 2 teenage sons in half term. Never stayed in a guest house with the whole family before; we've always gone self catering. We all loved it. No washing up - yay !!! My son's had a lovely twin room with it's own balcony overlooking the duck pond with en suite shower room, we... more

Absolutely first class. Beautiful room ( we had the luxury one with the four-poster bed) - top class shower room, TV etc., and a pot of tea on arrival, served by a smiling host. The dining room is in one of the conservatories, and is very smart and comfortable. There's a big TV on quietly in the corner for those... more

I spent the most wonderful long weekend as a Mum with three small children in this fantastic B&B. The couple owning the B&B were so helpful and kind, knew just what we needed, cooked just fabulous breakfasts which you could live off for the rest of the day. We had access to the room all day with our own keys... more
