A wonderful well needed break, where nothing was too much trouble! A genuine family welcome from Caroline, James & family, (+ DUCKS), in a beautiful setting. We had the luxury room which suited us perfectly, (two adults & one child aged 12). The pool was great and a total sun trap! Very good selection for breakfast and can highly recommend... more

This B&B is run very professionally by the friendly team of James and Caroline Jarvis. Little touches make this B+B stand out lke being welcomed with cake and a drink when arrive after a long trip, wind up torches in the room so you can explore the woodland at night, a little fridge in the room which came in handy... more

My Husband and I spent a few days at The Eiders with the aim to relax and have quality time together without travelling too far and spending a fortune. We found The Eiders on line, offering a reduced rate as part of a special deal - so look out for these!!! The owner Caroline was very pleasant, chatty and welcoming... more

Stayed here as a result of the reviews on tripadvisor and it was a great recommendation. The owners were friendly right from the first telephone call. Their web site gives a fair impression of the accommodation. The room was well furnished with every attention to detail including a large bottle of water replaced each day and a mini-fridge with fresh... more

We stayed for a weekend and had a lovely time. The house is positioned on the main road into Cromer and Sheringham is only a short drive away. A great location for days out. The only things we could fault were the lack of privacy and the poor view from the room (ground floor at the back of the house,... more

This B & B, which is located two miles inland from Cromer in a small hamlet is priced as an upmarket establishment – and overall it meets this standard. Nearby are three National Trust properties – and it’s a convenient place from which to explore North Norfolk. All rooms are on the ground floor. Plus points: • Friendly • Efficient... more

We booked The Eiders through the Tourist Information Centre in Cromer on the same day. We were suprised to be offered a five star B & B for such a reasonable price. And we were even more pleasantly suprised when we arrived at The Eiders to find such quality acommodation. The hosts were very friendly and the room spotlessly clean... more

From the moment I booked my stay I knew I was in good hands. You arrive and are treated to refreshments after the rigours of the journey and immediately feel the tension lift. Such lovely surroundings with the views of the birds and ornamental ducks providing the entertainment on your doorstep. and then the tour round your room and the... more

This B and B is definetely not 5 star. The rooms are quite small and are not of a high standard. You have absolutely no privacy as the rooms are fully exposed. The owners are not very friendly and tend to follow you around. There is no garden area either! more

Isn't it interesting how some people have different opinions. All rooms sizes are on our website, We have 2 acres of land 1 acre of which is usable by guests and equipped with tables and chairs. As for following people around, well I wish we had the time to spare!!! You cant please everone cay you !!
