You cannot go wrong with this B & B and would have no hesitation in re-booking again if visiting Cromer. Only 2 rooms which make it nice and quiet. There is a lovely large bedroom and bathroom and the breakfast is very nice with a lovely bowl of mixed fruit, cereal and full English along with toast and home made... More

Having left booking quite late, we were worried we wouldn't find anywhere in Central Cromer for a break in August. Our first choice was #27, but having only 2 rooms, I didn't hold out much hope there would be availability...but there was! First lesson, never assume somewhere with limited rooms will already be full...! In the lead up to staying,... More

This is a small B&B in a good location, off of the main drag but a 5 minute walk to the pier. Clean and tidy with an excellent breakfast, 5 stars given because it was very good value for money. We stayed 5 nights, slept very well in a comfortable bed. Got some good tips from Ian and Jan who... More

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and we were very impressed. Lots of little touches that made our stay very enjoyable such as fresh flowers in the room, chocolate with the bill and a fridge stocked with bottled water and fresh milk. Breakfast was enjoyable and featured a delicious fruit salad as well a cooked 'full' English... More

We had a lovely four night break in Cromer in the green room with a bathroom to die for!! We were warmly greeted by Iain who also helped us with our luggage which was a nice touch. Iain was a perfect host engaged in conversation each morning, told us about places of interest as we had never been to Cromer... More

Arrived late pm to be greeted by Iain and shown the ropes. We had the Green Room on the 1st floor, no lift. The room is large and spacious, and the en-suite bathroom is simply enormous. Both are tastefully decorated, reflecting the owner's artful backround. Bedroom had large bay window, tea/coffee stuff, TV and DVD (DVDs available on the landing),... More

We booked the Green room for a five night stay and upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Iain, who offered us drinks and showed us around. Was immediately impressed by size of accommodation and general cleanliness. During our stay we enjoyed a good breakfast each morning and Iain always found time to engage in social, and informative conversation. At... More

Booked this bed and breakfast as a birthday treat for my husband and could not have made a better choice if I had won the lottery and money was no object. Met by Iain we were taken to our first floor room which was spacious and had a lovely bay window overlooking the street. Iain made us tea then went... More

Had a wonderful weekend in 27 Vicarage Road in Cromer. You'll find an excellent accomodation there. Beautiful rooms, modern bathrooms, a bright and inviting house with lots of beautiful details to discover. Jan an Iain are very warm and friendly hosts, the breakfast is perfect. We'll come back.
