We spent 4 night at Jan & Iain's wonderful place and enjoyed their kind hospitality, the excellent breakfast, nicely decorated bedroom and the large bathroom equipped with high-quality towels, bath and shower products and, not to forget, the walk-in shower and the free-standing bathtube. Iain provided us with excellent tips concerning days-out and where (and where rather not) to eat.... More

27 Vicarage Road beats any other accommodation options hands down I am sure. I booked 27 Vicarage Road for my boyfriends birthday- the aim was to have a lazy weekend. It was just that. We stayed with Jan and Ian, arriving late afternoon on the Friday and leaving Sunday morning. Jan was extremely helpful ahead of our arrival, helping advise... More

This is a really lovely, relaxed B & B. Iain and Jan are great hosts. They offer everything from tips on local eateries to the history of Norfolk, and Iain graciously picked us up and dropped us off at the station (the last being a dash to get us to the train on time as we were late!). Breakfast is... More

We LOVED staying here - Iain and Jan are so friendly and kind, they're a joy to stay with. Our room was delightful, large and well furnished, very comfortable, with a large sunny window and a great bed, and we slept very well. I think the bathroom was even bigger - it has a large shower and a separate roll... More

SA wonderful weekend traditional seaside fun perfectly complemented by this excellent B&B, by far the best in area we've experienced. It's worth coming just to try out the luxury bathroom. But the room is lovely too, while the delicious English breakfast is perfectly cooked and filling. Hosts Jan and Iain made us feel very welcome and went out of their... More

This is a delightful and charming B&B hosted by Iain and Jan who made our stay with them one of the best we experienced on our travels around East Anglia. We had a large and spacious, luxuriously appointed room, with an equally fabulous en-suite bathroom that was a joy to behold. A sumptuous breakfast every morning rounded off the impression... More
