Stayed here for 2 nights recently. Arrived to not the most warmest of welcomes and were shown to our room. The room size was of adequate size but because of the extra large it felt much smaller and there was only 1 bedside cabinet ( no room for a second one ). There was a step up to the bathroom... More

We stayed here for two nights and had a great stay. Our room was at the top but it had a great view of the sea. The room was tidy and clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast wad good and the staff very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Thank you for your review. As has been previously mentioned the sea view rooms at the top of the hotel have spectacular views albeit up two flights of stairs. More

My partner and I were assigned a room at the top of the building and there was no lift! Both of us are in our sixties and really felt the long haul up the stairs which were plentiful to say the least! My partner uses a walking stick so he had a problem as did I and I don't use... More

Thank you for your review, we are pleased that you enjoyed your room and breakfast and sorry about the stairs. I believe that you booked through a booking agency rather than our own website where you would have been able to book your breakfast or chosen a ground floor room. If you are ever unsure please call at the time... More

Just had a two night stay. The room was lovely, clean and very comfortable beds. Staff very helpful. The breakfast was very good, excellent choice, even gluten free bread, and vegetarian available! young staff at breakfast very helpful. I would only say, the front room was lovely on the ground floor, but can be noisy with traffic and inconsiderate people... More

We stayed at the Sandcliffe for the weekend as part of a large group and received a lovely welcome. Room very spacious with sea view. Breakfasts excellent and served by lovely staff. No problems parking and just a short walk into Cromer centre for food and drinks in the evening. Slept very well in extremely comfortable bed. Great base for... More

Stayed at short notice in a double room with ensuite(toilet cubicle and shower cubicle). Staff were really friendly. Room was spotless but a little small as was the bed. Breakfast was extra and again average, only available from 8 - 9:30 and no dinners available. Close to town and plenty of local parking although limited on site. We looked at... More

Stayed here in a family room for one night. The welcome was warm, the room was a reasonable size, very clean with a small but adequate bathroom! I do think it was quite expensive especially as you pay extra for breakfast! I asked if they did a reduced price for a child's breakfast as my 2 small children would not... More

We stayed there last weekend on a bowls tour weekend. The room was good, the meals well prepared and presented served by a couple of very friendly and efficient youngsters. The gust house is well situated on the front with sea views if you ask for them.Because of the skeleton staff reception and the bar were not always staffed as one would have... This B and B is in a great location, a short walk down to the beach or the lovely town of cromer. Cromer itself is a wonderful seaside and we had a wonderful 2 days on the beach. The b&b is basic, and although I know it promotes itself as simple we have stayed at other seasides in better accommodation... More

I had a short stay here whilst enjoying a coast visit. The staff are welcoming and the rooms were comfortable and spotlessly presented. There was an excellent breakfast with fresh fruit salad available. The friend with whom I travelled had a sea view. Some rooms have a shared bathroom so ask for one if you want en-suite. My bathroom was... More
