We arrived after a two hour bus journey to be allocated an apartment which was dark, dingy and below ground level. The shower was thick with mould, the toilet seat was sitting on the floor and the celing was falling down. We asked to be moved and were allocated another (better) room two days later. Despite the previous feedback we had a fantastic holiday. The apartment was spotless, the food was excellent and the staff bent over backwards to ensure that our holiday was enjoyable.
