Having just returned from Mirage world I would like to say that although we found the rooms very basic they were spotlessly clean maid were very thorough leaving clean towels and fresh water every day. Great Hotel 5 mins from the beach. Staff were great and endeavour to amuse all the children even in the restaurant so their parents can relax and enjoy their meals. we stayed at mirage world sept 2011it was my 12th time in icmeler. the hotel was clean and the food very good.this hotel is very reasonably priced so what do people expect.we went to hotel aqua in 2012 which was amazing but more expensive.we are returning to mirage world in september.people need to realise you get what you pay for.

Staff are abrupt, restaurant plagued with wasps making it unbearable, top pool was dirty, top lounger area was dirty, rooms where cupboards, animation team were a joke with the exception of Casper who was amazing & always had time to talk to everyone - to the disappointment of his boss. We loved it, Must admit we wasnt too sure about going to Turkey as it never appealed to us. But we thought what the hell and decided to give it a whirl so glad we did.
