Looking for a bit of Winter sunshine we picked this hotel and weren't disappointed. The staff were attentive and the setting of the hotel overlooking Arenal Beach was magnificent. Breakfast was good with a wide choice and again the restaurant overlooked the manicured gardens and the bay. We didn't eat at the hotel as were only using it as a... More

Paradors are the premier hotel group in Spain and their prices reflect this. Usually they are excellent. This one was not up to their usual standard. First the good parts. The location in Javea is excellent with great views across the Arenal. The gardens are very well kept. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. The... More

A very nice hotel, but a bit clinical .. I was suprised how many Brits were staying there and yet no UK TV. When the weather is cold and there is not much to do, come on, it does cost much to ad UK TV .. Breakfast was and is amazing. Didn't have dinner as there were some great eateries... More

The Paradors of Spain are very good and this is no exception. Well appointed rooms with everything you could need. Perfect Adam and Eve bathroom which are a good size. The only thing that let this hotel down was the really slow service at breakfast. We had a plane to catch but couldn't seem to get the breakfast waitress to... More

We dined as part of a formal group dinner and stayed overnight. The staff were super, great service and attention. The food was well prepared and presented - not outstanding, but fine. We have had better food at a previous event here. The breakfast was fresh, varied and well presented. Our bedroom had been refurbished . . . . and... More

We decided to go to Javea for a three day break and had two days at the Javea hotel in the port (this is where we usually stay in Javea) and then went to the Parador for a night to celebrate our joint Birthdays. To be honest we should have stayed in the Javea hotel , the top floor rooms... More

I have stayed here before and it was satisfactory although the beds are quite hard and uncomfortable. On our recent stay the Air conditioning was not working, I couldn't work out if this is a technical problem or just saving money in the winter season. It was very warm in the room so we had to sleep with the window... More

This parador had about 60-rooms, each with a view of the Med! The gardens are really nicely manicured and the palms are magnificent! The hotel itself is a bit on the dated side, but the room was nicely appointed and large. The main attraction here is the setting, which is very appealing! It is just steps from a seaside promenade... More

This hotel could not be in a lovelier place. It overlooks the beautiful bay and the beach. There is a beautiful garden alongside the bay. But the hotel is old and it shows. Thought the furniture appears to be relatively new, and the bathroom is large, the white grout which is dirty it most displeasing. Breakfast is ok, but nothing... More

A great location, walking distance to bars and restraunt,s. The hotel has superb views over the cove and well kept gardens. We found the hotel clean and well presented apart from our bathroom, which could of done with some re grouting around the bath, but,on the whole this was the only fault we found, would of given it 5star rating ,so dropped a star because...
