Just returned from a walking holiday based at the Port Denia Hotel. The hotel looked to have been built 30 or so years ago but was nonetheless perfectly adequate. I had a pleasant room with a balcony and a sea view. The state of the room was immaculate and it and all the public areas were kept spotlessly clean. The... More

Had a very enjoyable stay at the Port Denia back in January. Food was excellent as was the attentiveness of the staff. The hotel was clean and we had a balcony room overlooking the pool, for the best views try for a higher floor. A lot of the guests were either with saga or their Spanish counterparts, many enjoyed dancing... More

My partner and I spent 4 weeks here in Nov/Dec 2013. It's a decent hotel - clean, with very friendly staff. We had a room with a balcony and pool view, which was very nice - lots of sun - though the room was a bit compact. There are bigger rooms at the front of the hotel, but these do... More

We visited this hotel in January as part of the Spanish Imserso system. The hotel was full of English Saga holidaymakers and Spanish Imserso guests. Hotel was very good especially considering it is categorised 3 star. Food was good with plenty of choice etc for both nationalities. Several English guests we spoke to had been coming to the same hotel... More

I have previously reviewed this hotel in February 2013. I have revisited in 2014. There have been some changes. Things that have stayed the same are the very helpful and friendly staff. Not sure what they have done to the wifi but it is now useless. Impossibly slow and confined to a small area in the lobby. Small devices like... More

Just back from a 2 week holiday booked with Saga. Arrived just after 3pm so missed lunch and because of siesta time there was nothing open locally so ended up with crisps from the machine in the bar - if you are arriving between 3 and 7 then eat on the plane. The hotel is immaculately clean and kept so... More

My friend and I have just returned from a week at this hotel. We were booked with Saga and had a wonderful time. There is nothing adverse to say about the hotel or Saga. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in and indeed a credit to all the maintenance and cleaning staff who were busy all... More
