Just finished 3 night stay with 6 friends. As in other reviews stunning gardens and architecture when you find it. Pool and general ambience is great but service is terrible and cannot be 5 star. The drive way to the hotel is stunning, full of delightful flowers and plants. The design of the hotel is very modern and stylish, an acquired taste for some perhaps. We discovered the Mas de Canicatti after scouring the internet for accommodation for a last minute trip to Valencia, having planned to stay for 2 nights at the Hospes Palau de la Mar but in the end decided to spend one night in the city and one night outside Valencia and it worked perfectly.
