This was an awful experience! We had to cancel our 1st night because of a 14" snowstorm in our home town - manager would not credit us because we didn't call by 4:00 p.m. the day before check-in (our plane wasn't cancelled until 10:00 p.m. the night before). When we did finally get to the room a day later -... more

We do sympathize with the guest about their stay and they were apologized to for their inconvenience. Yes, we were installing carpet in the hotel. The installers started at 8am every morning and finished at 6pm for 3 days in a row. We can't control an outside contractors schedule, We did the best that we could under the circumstances. The...

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while visiting the area. Stayed in a suite, which was not huge, but very comfortable for 2 adults and a 6 year old. My mother stayed in a single room that was very small. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was not much, but it was free. There were... more

I loved the Days Inn in Camp Verde. Rooms were very cozy (on the small side, but with everything you needed). Very clean. The window seat was a very nice touch. Good views and convenient to get in and out of (after you figured out the streets). Next door to a Denneys and several gift shops. Stayed here for 3... more

This was a great little hotel. We stayed during Janruary and made a last minute stop. We did not have a reservation and all they had left was a suite, we needed sleep so we didn't care. What a wonderful room. It had a fridge, microwave, coffee pot and a little sitting area. We loved it. WE are going to... more

I had the most pleasant stay. I had read the reviews and was a little skeptical. You should have no worries this hotel was great. We had a clean, friendly and pleasant stay. We will stay there again and would tell anyone we know to stay there. It was a small hotel with great rates and a wonderful contintal breakfast.... more

No toiletries in the bathroom - not even a bar of soap. Manager (Tammie) called our room at 11:22 AM to tell us that we were 22 minutes late checking out. Then she asked us how much longer we were going to be. We left at 11:40 AM, feeling like we were thrown out. Not hospitable at all. If you... more

We are very sorry for the unpleasant stay written about by this guest. Anyone that is more than 20 minutes late checking out receives a courtesy call reminding them of the check out time. At check in guests also receive a courtesy call asking if there is anything that they might need. This is done with 10-15 minutes of check in....

Room was small but clean and quiet - Good continental breakfast - Nice pool and jacuzzi - Close to several restaurants. A couple of minor quibbles: they used a lot of air freshener, which we're not crazy about, and they only let you have one extra pillow per room even if two people are sharing the room. Overall, though, it... more

Upon check in, we were given the wrong room and had to switch rooms. The next day our room was not cleaned. We could not order movies because the system wasn't hooked up in our room and the employees of the hotel cannot service it, they can only give you an 800 number to contact. We were greeted upon check... more

This place was ok, we had to call down to the front desk to get a working TV remote and plastic cups for water, but it did have a pool and small hot tub in back, which is nice after a hot day in the desert. The free breakfast was larger than usual continental breakfasts, though some fresh fruit and... more

After all the glowing reviews, I felt this would be a good place to stay for an overnight in the area. Check in was ok, front desk clerk nice. Room was decent sized, with basics. Then, I pulled down the bedspread and noticed that the underside was stained, and there was a huge black hair under the pillow! The towels... more
