This is a very nice RV Park. The sites are roomy by RV park standards. Everything is neat and cared-for. Each site is level and has a nice picnic table, with lots of huge cottonwood trees, and trees/shrubs between each site, along with split-rail fences. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are a couple of we'll-maintained hiking trails along Clear... More

We arrived late on a Saturday evening for a 2 night stay and we were met by an employee who took us to our site and guided us in, even though it was past 7:00 PM. The large pull-through was surrounded by shrubs and freshly raked and we had lots of privacy between campers. We joined the campfire folks and... More

First impressions are the neatness, massive trees, and newer rigs. We were recommended this place by friends who were "full timers," i.e. live in their rigs year-round. They thought it was a good fit for us because it has private hiking/walking trails by the river which we love as we have big, swimming dogs. The sites aren't tight, compared to... More

This is a great RV park! We only had time to stay one night, but would go there again in a heartbeat. The staff was very friendly and they keep the park immaculate! There are lots of trees and a creek close by and each space is separated by bushes and a split rail fence. There is also a walking... More

The guy that runs this place is very strange. We should have known it the minute we drove in. He comes up to us saying we messed up his gravel road. And now he would have to "rake" it. There were so many "rules" we felt unwelcome and decided to leave. This guy needs some customer service skills and to... More

We loved this park. It is clean, and a great location!! The restroom are very nice and large sized showers. We are newby's at driving a 5th wheel. The staff was so accommodating with our driving skills. We actually extended our stay, the park is so nice. Trees, bushes, shade. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it. It is located away from the... More

If I owned a big rig and wanted to find a nice place to just go sit, this is the place. I am still giving it a lot of stars because for that it is perfect! We are new owners of a conversion van. We want to camp, not just park and live inside it. So we found a couple... More

We are staying here for a week in order to tour the surrounding area and all the attractions. The sites are fairly large compared to some other private RV Parks further south in Arizona. You have bushes/trees between your spot and your neighbours, which is really nice, especially after having spent 6 weeks with nothing but cactus at Tucson. The... More

We enjoyed our time. Very clean and well kept. We used this location to get out for day trips to Flagstaff, Jerome and Cottonwood. The owners/managers were very accommodating and helped us get situated in out space. Clean and quiet. Spots were pretty close together and there was some traffic noise but our space backed right up to the road.... More
