We planned to stay one night to hike in the Sierra Mariola; we liked it so much we stayed a second night. Cannot fault the place, rooms comfortable and you are greeted with a bowl fresh fruit. The breakfast was an excellent fresh buffet selection and there is a great patio for that post-walk refreshment. The hotel is ideally situated... More

This little gem of a hotel has many lounges, beautiful gardens and a a swimming pool, in short - a very relaxing athmosphere. The owner speaks very good English and was very helpful giving us good advice for hiking tours, he even lent us his map! The food was very tasteful and the staff very nice. Our room was spacious... We stayed here for two nights and loved it. A charming, quirky hotel in the old station with lots of interesting touches. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The hotel is a very short walk from the centre of the fascinating Arab/medieval hill town of Bocairent which is well worth exploring. Service from the manager and staff was excellent, and... More

We were looking for a country hotel for just one night at the end of our holiday in Spain, and discovered this hotel and the town of Bocairent, neither of which we had ever heard of before. We enjoyed the spectacular change in the scenery and the different vegetation and climate having travelled up from the coast. It waqs alittle... More

This was a planned stop over en route from Chulilla (a first class B&B) to a rented Finca at Denia for our second year there! Once you appreciate that the very length of the building may result in an unmanned reception a bell attracts prompt attention and if expected, a warm welcome. once possessed of a front door key pad... What a delightful hotel, we stayed there with our two dogs for one night on our way to the Costa del Sol, and really wished we'd booked for two. The hotel, is a beautifully converted railway station set within a park, and just over the bridge from the town. It has tremendous character, with good sized bedrooms, a huge comfy... More

We have stayed at this hotel twice, last year and just recently. It has great character, charm and friendliness. It is situated just outside the edge of the old town, across the bridge. There is plenty of parking and we like the way the old small station has been refurbished with small touches of the "bygone years" of former travellers.... More

A lovely quirky hotel - on the other side of the main road from the village of Bocairent. Nice touches inside as previous reviewers have said - old pictures of trains etc. Good sized room with oil filled radiator making it plenty warm enough. The weather was cold and it was lovely to sit by the log fire in the lofty...
