Hi Travelers, I have stayed multiple nights at this older but recently renovated Holidome and Conference Center. This is a two story building with no elevator access to the 2nd floor however, I prefer to have my room up there. Less hallway traffic! The staff is wonderful and will bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. On site there... more

This hotel is great for families traveling w/kids, the pool area is great!!! There is also, Mini-golf, foosball, ping pong and a hot tub. Room was clean and comfortable. FYI Make sure you book the right hotel. The one with the pool(HOLIDOME). My reservationist booked me at the the Holiday Inn Express The 2 Hotels share the same parking lot.... more

I am a platimun member, not acknowledged by the desk personel with the attitude going on. I was NOT told there are NO elevators in this hotel so the smiling clerk giving me the second story room and the directions that encompassed the entire hotel property was NOT being 'nice' , hence the comment about the 'attitude'. She told me... more

My family stayed at this hotel for four nights. It was wonderful. The hotel itself is clean, the beds very comfortable, the rooms large, great water pressure in the shower, terrific housekeeping and was very quiet even though we were right by the pool. The staff is very good at closing the pool at the stated time. The pool is... more

I had reserved a non-smoking room, they claimed I hadn't, and since it was late I figured how bad could it be - So I went ahead and took the keys. What a mistake, the smell was unbelievably disgusting. I second the previous comment about slimy water. Make sure you get a renovated room, otherwise consider sleeping in your car. more

The shower head did not work and the water is not treated. Hard water comes out of the tap and it leaves you feeling slimey. It is the most disgusting feeling as you never feel clean. You feel as if you cannot rinse soap off your skin. Also, the pillows are terrible and the air conditioning works when it wants... more

My husband and I just got back from a weekend getaway in Frederick, Maryland. We stayed at this hotel because of all the amenities and it was really nice. They have a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fooseball, ping pong, real nice exercise room, small miniature golf course and some video games- all in a big atrium area that is very warm.... more

Stay here every year and find the room clean, staff very helpful and the restaurant has great food. Try room 207. It overlooks the courtyard, and it's close to the pool. (and the bar!) But, there is no elevator in this hotel, so if you have trouble with steps or have lots to carry, ask for the first floor (and... more

What can I say, I fell in love with this hotel to have my wedding at. It has a perfect garden atrium to have a lovely wedding. However just about a month before the wedding we found out that they had reserved the same room for another party during the day, that we would not have access to it until... more
