I did not know that there was a Best Western in Frederick, as it was not listed in the BW directory. We were referred there by the desk clerk at the (full) Comfort Inn, and were very pleased with the check in process. The staff were friendly, and the room was neat and clean. Yes, the bathroom was dinky, but... more

I traveled twice in the past month to Frederick and both times stayed in this Best Western. I frequently travel on business and this place pleasantly surprised me- rooms are very spacious, very clean , good breakfast and very friendly ladies at the front desk. If you stay there, don't miss Vietnamese restaurant around the corner in the stipmall- unexpensive... more

We spent the Memorial Day weekend at this hotel, and had a great time. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The continental breakfast was fairly typical but good enough. Everything was fresh and soem healthy choices were available, the wafflfes were a hit with the kids. Overall very good place to spend a few days. more

Rooms are comfortable, clean, modern and spacious except bathroom is very small, but area in bed room with mirror and sink to dress by. Room had fridge and microwave. They don’t have wireless internet to the rooms but provide a 6 ft cable. I like to sit in bed when I use the internet so requested a longer one which... more

Stayed one night as it is roughly at the halfway point between home and in-laws. For $65 on a Friday night in the metro DC area you could hardly do better. Large room (small bath) with two double beds. Internet is wired rather than wireless but they have free Ethernet cables. Standard Best Western breakfast buffet. Very friendly desk staff. more

The hotel is newly renovated and everything is new and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful and gave some great tips about what to see in the area. Their breakfast was terrific and we even extended our stay by a day. more

Everything about this hotel was AWFUL. The people working the front desk were extremely rude. Asked for extra towels and the lady acted like I was bothering her. The room was dirty and very run down. Bathroom had mold on the walls and in the tub as well as the shower head. I actually had to ask for cleaning supplies... more

Very bad choice. First, we called the hotel for directions and were told there was nobody there that could help us--we were on our own. Then, the room was bad--trash behind the dresser, mildew on the shower curtain, mold in shower. We had 2 rooms and both were bad. Only stayed in the rooms because we had a handicapped person... more

The 1st room we stayed in was very nice. The only problem was that we didn't know that there were little leagues going on. Needless to say we were booked in a room in the middle of families with children of various ages. The children ran in between rooms slamming doors and chasing each other until midnight. I know kids... more

Yes, the bathroom is tiny, the hotel decor a little tired - but this is a hotel that charges only around $75 night. Pool was cute and warm enough, desk clerk polite enough, but included-in-price breakfast comprised: choice juices, fruit salad, eggs, muffins, pastries, cereal, bagels, all items on-ice or cling-film wrapped to ensure freshness etc. I really couldn't complain. more
