I stayed at the hotel for three nights. My room was a bit small asI guess I was assigned a single room, ok for a sightseeing trip but not that comfortable if you need to spend time working in your room. Must point out the good and cheap room service

I liked the hotel's location, just off the main square, convenient for the many cafes, the cathedral and walking round the top of the Roman city walls (Lugo's greatest attraction). It is in a pedestrianised area, which meant that our tour party had to walk, pulling luggage, from the city's coach station; and when we got to the hotel there... More

I stayed here with a group of us travelling along the Camino to Santiago de Compostela. It is located slap bang in the centre of town so is perfectly located for sightseeing, many shops and restaurants. One cautionary note is you are a person who has trouble lifting luggage there were about ten steps up from street level to the... More

This Hotel is difficult to get to by car as you must drive through the pedestrian area after first requesting the lowering of the bollard in the road, by pressing a button on a stand & talking to the local Police who operate the lowering of the bollard. Anyone using this Hotel will need directions of how to approach the... More

We had found a room via an operator at discount price and were given a lovely room with balcony overlooking the main street. Very comfortable and the most centally placed hotel in town! We didn't want to pay a lot for an unnecessarily huge breakfast so opted for looking around and found only one place, on the same street, for... More

I can't speak higher of this hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by helpful desk staff with broad smiles. Even though the hotel is located in a non-traffic street (which is great to prevent nuisances from traffic) we were told that the hotel had a special rate with a local parking, within a convenient walking distance. The location can't be... More

this hotel has the best location inside the old town of lugo. in a pedestrian zone, but you can park the car approx 300m away. the room we had was large and even had a view over some of the city's spires. bring you earplugs as you can hear many things including the lift. the staff at reception has all... This place must have been recently remodeled since previous comments about it needing attention don't make much sense to me. Our room (for three) was very modern and relatively large. The front desk was very helpful; the employees spoke a good amount of English to help us with our needs. Right off the main plaza, it has good access to... More

I stayed here two nights, right in the heart of the city near the Plaza Mayor. The room lacked a view, but it was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, even when swamped by a bus load of German tourists. The staff were helpful and pleasant. It is not easy to find in the first place,... More

This is a well located hotel near the main square which is full of bars and restaurants. The hotel is warm which was just as well as the weather in Lugo was awful. The rooms are clean and basic but i was not sure if this was an attempt to have a modern look or simply that no upgrade had... More
