This is the bare minimum as far as motels go but that's all we were looking for and the setting is so much fun: old cars, Route 66 memorabilia, murals, what else do you need?! The owners were lovely and advised us on where to go for Dinner, and they got it spot on, lovely Mexican grub @ Rosita's, just... More

This place is cool and retro. Without doubt, the best feature is the round beds. Really gave us a good laugh. Don't expect superfast broadband or any trendy new furniture, but I would recommend this to anyone looking for the real 66 vibe.

I am doing route 66 and have stayed in a number of hotels/motels along the route. This place is the pits. Please save your money and stay elsewhere. This is tired and in need of major work. We tried where possible to do some authentic motels en route and there are some great ones but this is not up to... More

This was a clean and comfortable hotel. We stayed here on our route 66 trip and the owners are great. Take the time to chat with them it is well worth it. They really care about their community and route 66 travelers. Historic hotel so do not expect it to be a Hilton but it serves it's purpose perfectly. Highly... More

this place did not reflect the price. it was basic, mean no water or coffee supplied or available and the best part was outside which was free. it was clean but the paper thin whitewashed walls were hot ++ and it took the A/C 4-5 hrs to make a difference. whilst it looked clean one just got the feeling it... Comfortable room. Clean! Ice cold fridge & air! Came in at 2 am. Excellent service! GREAT PRICE! Boys loved it too! We will definitely stay again on our next trip thru to see the town a lil more. A must see on Route 66!

The best part of our stay were the motel hosts. Mary has scrapbooks covering 1983 to the present, with comments, photos, souvenirs, etc. from travelers on Route 66. World travelers even leave currency from their respective countries. Mary's stories are wonderful. Old cars decorate the grounds, the beds are round, low prices, clean rooms, nothing fancy but who needs it... More

This place was very musty and the carpet was filthy. The shower was also dirty. No clock in the room which is odd. I've stayed in quaint vintage places but this was just old and run down. Disappointing. :(

Nicely positioned on the route back from the Grand Canyon to the west coast this motel is an ideal overnight stop if you just want to make the most of your time. Rooms are basic but very cheap, aircon is next to the bed so if it's really hot you might need to choose between the heat or the noise.... More

I was very pleasantly surprised. Super friendly and helpful gentleman checked me in and gave me lots of information about the area. Really clean room, tons of hot water and a great price. I'm not a big fan of the round beds, but the bed was comfortable. Lots of TV stations. The grounds are beautiful and clean with lots of... More
