The Northbridge Inn ~ My husband and I stayed in the Emerson Suite which is a beautifully decorated room that featured a spacious and inviting bedroom with sitting area, a little kitchen area and wonderful bathroom that featured an old fashioned claw-foot tub. In the morning the sunlight poured into our room accentuating all the lovely antiques. The hot breakfasts... more

Very clean and comfortable inn. Guest room was quite large and spotless. Good water pressure for shower, even on 3rd floor. Concord is charming and the North Bridge Inn fits the mood perfectly. Note that while breakfast is "home cooked" with something hot, it was pretty ordinary. North Bridge Inn is a much better choice than the larger hotel next... more

We had a wonderful stay for two nights at the Northbridge Inn over Columbus Day weekend. Concord was our daughter's wedding destination, as she and the groom had met and grown up there. We now live an hour from there, so opted for an inn instead of driving home each day. The inn is charming; our room was beautifully decorated... more

Our initial reception was rather curt although the personlater turned out to be nice and friendly' The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The whole house is well cared for. We had the Dickenson suite which was lovely but we would have preferred the television to be in the sitting room rather than the bedroom. Breakfasts were good... more

The service at North Bridge Inn was excellent, with such friendly and helpful staff. The tariff included really delicious cooked breakfasts as well as fresh fruit, yoghurt and home made crunchy granola [out of this world.] We stayed in the Longfellow Suite and it was very comfortable and beautifully decorated.. WiFi had a strong signal which was essential to me.... more

I booked a room here as a present for my daughter. We were traveling together in New England and had only one night in Concord. The room was a little overdecorated for my taste, which is simpler than all of the frills. The owner was welcoming but did not involve herself in our stay. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast.... more

We were impressed by the North Bridge Inn, whose location could hardly be bettered, convenient (walking distance) to the North Bridge Park, or the Alcott and Emerson houses. Our suite was beautifully decorated, as indeed was the whole inn. Breakfast was ample and good, though we longed for better coffee. The only problem was finding a decent restaurant. Concord is... more

What a lovely little inn! To give you a frame of reference, I am not your typical B & B-er. And yes the North Bridge Inn has it all; cuckoo clocks, floral prints taking over every surface, the "charm" of a creaky staircase...and yet I am in love. I traveled with my mother this past week (4/21/09) to Concord, MA... more

We were lucky to have the Emerson Suite booked for our mini weekend getaway. The location is perfect, just at the heart of Concord center, walk to many shops restaurants and beautiful houses. The room is spacious (with a beautifully tiled bathroom, and a mini kitchen) and tastefully decorated. It shares the parking lot with Colonial Inn next door but... more

We recently visited Concord, MA, and stayed at the North Bridge Inn, which was by far the best out of all places we stayed in MA. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, very clean, well furnished, and even had a kitchenette. The innkeeper, Heidi, was so nice, helped us with good sightseeing and dining recommendations, accommodated my special dietary requests,... more
