This modern building is located above the town of Cudillero in an area that has been allocated for new development. There is no building underway at the moment but all the road infrastructure is in place. The decor is very old-fashioned, but the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are friendly. We only found one who spoke any... More

Set quite a way from the town this is a quite hotel with an excellent restaurant. The staff were very friendly and as the hotel lacks a lift they carried out cases to our very large room The bathroom was old fashioned in a nice way. Our bed was a comfortable king and the only noise was in the mornings... More

I can't put into words this memories of opening a window in the morning and seeing the sea under the sun and the sound of waves like breaking on my hands.. Wonderful. Perfect place in winter when you pay 40€ for a room by the sea. You need to book in advanced this room cause it's the best one but... More

We stopped here for two nights. The hotel decoration might not be to everybodies taste but our room was very comfortable, the place was spotless and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The quality that defines El Pescador is the food. We ate two nights in the restauant and in a region that is notable for excellent food... More

Not quite sure about the building`s architecture but this is a very good hotel and the staff/owners were absolutely charming. Relatively good access for such a small fishing town and with an easy walk down to the harbour (tough on the way up though). Rooms were spotless and with a very distinctive style but very comfortable. Food was excellent but... More

Stayed here 2 nights and had a wonderful time. Hotel is spotless and our bedroom was beautiful. We decided to eat both nights at the hotel as the food was absolutely fantastic. Portions are big and the fish soup is the best I've ever had and the same goes for the octopus. Dessert, we had rice pudding, it was beautiful... More

The El Pescador is really a fine restaurant with very comfortable en suite bedrooms. The whole place is immaculate, the service friendly and professional. The food is very good indeed, but be warned, you need a large appetite, the portions are massive. The fish could not be better, caught by the hotel's boat. We ate the best grilled sole we... More

El Pescador is a small family run hotel located a km or two outside of the port area of Cudillero. Walking down to the port is via a scenic path (the hotel can give directions) descending through the village to the main area, with some fantastic views across the roof tops and out to the sea – coming back would... Found on the off-chance - persevere through the building site. My wife loved the rooms. Then we had a superb set menu - fish is a speciality. Residents get a special menu. Lovely breakfast as well. We've just done a tour of Northern Spain and this was the best hotel room we stayed in and one of three 5* meals.... More
