We visited for a weekend break in February 2015 and will definitely be going back. The area is beautiful, there is great variety in the scenery and so much to see and do. The cave houses are super cosy and everything you might need has been thought of. There is even a wonderful guide of tried and tested activities and... More

I stayed with my girlfriend there through our road trip around Spain. The place is magnificent and out of this world. You need to have the GPS coordinates and ofcourse with your own car. The hosts are very nice and considerate and will make sure you have the best time there. Around the area there are lakes and nice spots... More

Our little family used to travel a lot and we know how difficult to find authentic and peaceful places like this. We were very happy and surprised. Recommend this place especially for people loving nature and domestic animals. Hosts are very nice and welcoming people, we've really felt as we were invited in friends house. They have two dogs, two... More

I could live happily in a cave like this! The host is an enthusiastic fount of knowledge and advice about the area which needs weeks of exploration to appreciate. Lakes, mountains, badlands, hot springs, caves & waterfalls. Some of the oldest archeological sites in Europe. Good museums. Etc etc.

We did not know what to expect from cave accommodation ...a new concept to us though obviously a tried and tested choice of housing over hundreds of years. It makes perfect sense, now as then. Maybe for different reasons. Insulated by the rock, constantly warm inside, particularly in a climate with dramatic changes in temperature. Low on environmental impact. Sam... More

We stayed here for 9 days at the end of October and have never had such a relaxing holiday! the caves feel like really cozy holiday cottages, and ours had a woodburner to add even more cozyness. Sam and Aurore are wonderful hosts, really friendly and full of local information. the location is good too, close to several Natural Parks... More

After spending a week in Granada my husband and I were looking for something off the beaten tourist path. These cuevas were just perfect. Our host was charming and incredibly helpful. On arrival we were presented with a folder showing us everything we could do locally. The cave itself was tastefully furnished and surprisingly spacious (my husband's 6ft 2in and... More
