Most of the hotel's in Lanjaron are situated in the main street, but the Castillo Lanjaron is in a small side street. It is a nice, old-fashioned hotel with great rooms and large bathrooms. The staff at the front desk are nice and helpful. No breakfast, but unless you prefer to walk up to one of the cafeterias they offer... More

Sweet country town hotel in Lanjeron. Helpful reception staff. Good views. Clean. Good base for walks in Alpujarra and drive to Capeileiras and Pampaneiras. Dinner at neighboring Alcadima gourmet. Desayuno could be better. We enjoyed three nights here

A very nice and quite traditional Spanish hotel. Room was very clean and a decent size with a comfortable bed and a good amount of hanging/drawer space; bathroom had a bath with a good shower. The view from the room was fabulous - over the hills towards Lanjaron castle. Staff were very friendly and helpful, though I'm not sure they... More

Lovely hotel surrounded by mountains. Absolutely Spotless, the room was cleaned daily & the balcony had fabulous view. The staff were superb. Very good value for money. The town itself didn't have a lot of tourists so was nice & quiet. I have to say we bought a lot of fruit in this place & they were yummy. If you're... More

Tucked down a fairly narrow road in Lanjaron, with unfortunately very limited parking, this hotel is nevertheless a really stylish, clean and atmospheric hotel. Maybe getting a little worn at the edges it still retains an almost regal air about it. Very tastefully decorated with extremely helpful staff (with limited English), bar open 24/7, lift to all floors and a... More

This is a nice hotel in a good position overlooking the Castillo of Lanjaron. Lanjaron is a pleasant town and is typically Spanish with not many tourists in the town. There is a "Ruta de Pilares" which is a route taking in all the 23 fountains in the town. We did this which is quite a challenge, some of the... More

This is a wonderful hotel. Quiet, extremely clean, comfortable rooms and beautiful view. Large balcony.Central location yet peaceful. Restaurant and shops are nearby. Wonderful staff and free wi-fi. Extremely good value and highly recommended. No swimming pool but if you are visiting Lanjaron to enjoy active holiday in the surrounding nature parks, this is definitely the hotel for you.

We saw a great offer for this hotel due to which it was very cheap for us. The place is beautiful. Room are spacious, we had a stunning view, the bath was fabulous, there was a beautiful area just for looking out the window or looking at the TV and the bed was great. The only bad thing about the... More

The hotel has a regal quality to it. It is very clean and tidy. The rooms are large and some have superb views southwards to the arab castle. WiFi throughout the hotel is excellent. Overall it is good value.
