Charging $12.95 per day for Internet access at a hotel chain that aspires to be upscale is unacceptable in this day and age. There was something going on with the air in the room. It was muggy and musty. I had the breakfast buffet which was not worth the almost $10 and I was bitten by bed bugs. I'm glad I only stayed 2 nights. Maybe the service has improved since the last time I stayed there. The hotel is better than most. more

The staff was very friendly, and when I was checking in, the girl warned me about the mini bar, and that it can tell when stuff was moved in there.
