At one time this was a nice looking place. Today it is a dump. Rotting wood, faded paint, dangerous walkways. The walkway was actually coming apart and nails no longer holding. This hotel is built around several courtyards with very fragrant foliage. It is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are very clean and of good size. Surprisingly spacious room! Very comfortable pillow and mattress ! Satisfied with the rate as well! Location is near downtown area. Within 15 minutes drive. All the major attractions can reached! I will stay at the same hotel next time when I come to Atlanta !

A great place to stay, very roomy and comfortable. Wish they had an elevator as we were on the third floor and the steps were hard on the legs. The beds need to be renewed as they were a little lumpy, and the carpet needed changed. Otherwise it was clean and roomy, and a great stay for the price.
