The rooms are small. The staff were friendly. We were in town 4 nights. First morning we were barely gone an hour we returned to a spotless room. Unfortunately that was the last time housekeeping visited. We had to get toilet paper, soap and towels from the front desk. The hotel was conveniently located

We should have left when the "security guard" was outside hanging out with someone who was drunk and clearly drinking. We got to the desk and check in went well. When we reached the third floor, it smelled of pot. When we found our room through the dimly lit hallway, the door look like it had been busted open one... More

If I could give zero stars I would. Along with the hotel being in a sketchy area, Our awful experience started when we walked into the room, which was supposed to be a queen and was a full. After deciding to check out (within about 15 minutes) we walk down the stairs to be overwhelmed by the smell of pot.... More

You cannot beat the price for this hotel. There is adequate parking out front with a guard. The hotel is very close to the highway and blocks from Piedmont Park and the main roads to downtown. I saw that some people wrote a questionable neighborhood, which I completely disagree with. Anything around Piedmont Park is nice, including the area around... More

We booked the room for the weekend because it was close to where we needed to be. Left early in the morning and came back in the afternoon to find our jewelry was stolen. The GM of this facility was rude and didn't even offer up an apology. They never even called the girl who cleaned our room! Head of... More

This is a totally standard motel on need of refurbishment. The beds were comfortable, tv and air con worked and shower was ok. The room and bathroom need updating though and the ceiling above the shower was damaged from water. This wasn't cheap either but for a last minute booking we were happy enough. We had a late check on... More

I don't know where to start. The hotel is located in a sketchy area--let's just say that red light districts would not be possible were it not for hotels like this. There were many men walking in and out of the hotel all night. We heard what appeared to be a stampede at 2 am in the room above ours.... More

Granted, I know what you pay for, is what you get- which I’m fine with because I picked the cheapest hotel I could find. However… During my entire stay, there was continuous yelling outside and/or in the rooms next to me and above me. I can deal with cheap hotels but this was the worst experience I have ever had... We were three girls and we have booked a room for a night. When we reached the place and got in our room, which was on the ground floor we soon realized that the door locker was BROKEN and the windows could not be locked as well! As you may imagine, safety should be a priority for a hotel. Especially... More

My friend and I stayed there for two nights while visiting Atlanta. The customer service was great as all questions were answered and excellent directions given. Never did we feel unsafe or see anything out of the usual going on. For $55 per night one cannot expect a Westin experience as we didn't but would certainly return.
