My husband and I hosted a very large wedding weekend at The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta including a bridesmaids luncheon, wedding reception and farewell brunch. Our friends and family occupied over 75 rooms in the hotel. Our wedding included many special details-- and we were very particular that our wishes be executed perfectly. The hotel surpassed our every expectation. Paul Tramonte, the... more

This is our first time staying at any Ritz. We stayed here to enjoy the fireworks in Olympic Park this year so that we did not have to deal with traffice afterwards. We stayed concierge level. I had called the hotel after I booked online to request a room with a view of the park. I also requested extra pillows.... more

Having has an extended stay at the RC in San Francisco, which is probably the best of the best and over-the-top wonderful, I was a little disappointed with this Ritz...but compared to other luxury hotels in the area, RC Atlanta gave great value and met most of my expectations. I got a room with Club Lounge privileges and while it... more

I was travelling with a co-worker (for work) and we were in Atlanta for 2 nights. The company got a great corporate rate that pretty much meant we had to stay here. It is a Ritz and very nice, as you would expect. The bar/lobby area was a little small, but still fun. The parking situation was a bit of... more

i Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The staff was friendly, an they gave me a coupon for free dessert at Atlantic Grill ( the Hotel's restaurant). The staff tried their best to call me by name. The rooms are OK . I'm a Diamond VIP with Hilton and have other status withe different hotels, but quite frankly their... more

My wife and I stayed at the Atlanta Ritz-Carlton for a combination anniversary and business trip. I had mentioned our anniversary when I made reservations and the front desk and nearly every other staff member wished us a Happy Anniversary that day. That is typical of the quality and caring service we received during the several days we were there.... more

My husband surprised me for Vanlentine's Day and reserved a corner executive suite at the Ritz-Carlton. The room opened to a foyer with hard wood flooring, a desk was to the right of the door and had a fully stocked book shelf beside it. Further into the room were four chairs and a couch. The bay windows let in a... more

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Atlanta while we were stranded there during a snow storm. We had previously been at the Weston in Atlanta and were delighted to find a much nicer hotel for less money in the city during our unintended delay. The Ritz Carlton lived up to its reputation in every sense. Nice rooms, superior service,... more

Stayed here for one night and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff impressed me the most with their level of professionalism and willingness to help with questions. The room was magnificent in terms of size, layout, and quality of bed. Several months later I caught an issue with the billing, and the staff... more

We stayed here on the Saturday after New Years coming back from a family reunion in North Carolina. Since we were in town to see the Houston Rockets play the Atlanta Hawks, we chose to stay here because of its proximity to the arena and because we knew the players were staying here. Having stayed at many Ritz Carltons in... more
