We stayed here on a road trip to and from tn... Service was incredible, as usual! Boys loved the pool, the gym was small but worked! The one drawback we had was they did not have a plug for our electric vehicle. They did plug us in to a reg outlet, but we were unplugged at some point during the... More

Was in town for a conference this last weekend. The staff were extremely courteous, friendly & helpful. The hotel needs a few upgrades (worn down carpeting usual signs of age) but you can't beat the location. The room was big and airy, the bed was extremely comfortable. Most importantly (for me) it was quiet. Each day the offer snacks (for... More

We recently visited Atlanta to attend a Braves baseball game. We had reservations at another hotel and attempted to check in prior to the 4:00 PM check-in time, but the hotel was not ready for our arrival. We also felt uneasy about the surrounding area when we pulled into our original hotel so we decided to cancel our reservation and... More

Everyone was so nice, going out of their way to make our stay lovely. Friendly and always professional southern hospitality. The club room was open all day with great drink and food offerings. Rooms were nice but not amazing. Didn't try the restaurant but hear it's nice. The gym was well stocked. Enjoyed our few days here.

My husband and I stay at the Ritz Buckhead usually. It is definitely spiffier than Ritz downtown, but the staff at downtown are phenomenal. Everyone is so nice. Everyone is so concerned that every aspect of your stay is perfect. Not to mention the Ritz downtown is more affordable. In short, love them and their slightly outdated hotel.

I was disappointed with the facilities. The staff were great and very friendly, but checked out within 12 hours to move across the street to the Westin. I don't believe this hotel justifies the rate. I would be prepared to pay around the $129 level max. I had the following issues 1) Room old and tired needs refurbishment 2) Safe... More

Thank you for complimenting our staff. I am sorry that the hotel facilities did not meet your expectations. We will address safe size etc. in our upcoming guest room renovation. Thank you. More

We value good service. The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta had terrific service! Specifically, a valet/runner helped me map out a morning walking path, and another valet (female) made sure we had COLD water to drink. The man in the lobby would not let us get by him without asking if we needed something. We had a very enjoyable time there.

Been staying here for over 20 years, normally for the various apparel shows and don't think I have ever written a review. Athough not the glizziest of Ritz's, but when it comes to Service, probably one of the best out there with a Concierge level that simply cannot be beat. The staff there go out of their way to make... My husband and I decided to come to Atlanta for our first anniversary. We looked online at hotels and chose the Ritz-Carlton of Atlanta because of the location, the price, and the luxury it offers. My husband and I drove up to atlanta a little before check in to do some other things in town. We were able to go... More

I recently stayed for business and it is obviously a great location if you want to be downtown. You always get great service from the staff. Although everything is. A it overpriced and the rooms are on par with a Marriott with better shampoo. All around it is alright, but if you want more style or atmosphere I would keep... More
