I was in Atlanta on business and booked at the Ritz Carlton. I think it's the perfect hotel for a business trip. Large, comfortable room, very well-designed and well-appointed building, convenient location, staff (in all functions) was absolutely wonderful. I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but enjoyed lunch on the Atlanta Grill balcony. My conference was at another hotel... More

I came here on personal travel, very disappointed. It's a very pretentious hotel, and not all that cheap. But they charge you for high speed, and slow speed internet (hiding the charges). They charge you to use the business center, and charge you to use the printer. The sinks are "fancy" but the right the faucet is above the bowl... More

Honestly my experience at the hotel was just horrible. It is certainly not worthy of the Ritz Carlton name. Ordered room service twice. For breakfast, 2 hours later and 3 phone calls the food finally showed up, but it was just half the order. We thought it was just a fluke. We ordered food late night and it just never... More

Spent two nights at the hotel. The facility is old, tired and needs to be taken down to the studs. The bathrooms are small and dated. Overall, it is just not a nice property. Tried to grab breakfast at the hotel and was told there was a fifteen minutes wait at the only restaurant. Breakfast at hotels is a show... More

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that - unlike many other critiques - your visit did not meet your expectations. For a quick "Grab and Go" coffee or breakfast option, we do have our coffee shop "Jittery Joe's" in our main lobby - opens every weekday at 6.00am and on week-ends at 7.00am. More

All the staff was wonderful and accommodating. Micah was outstanding: helpful, engaging and welcoming. I could not have asked for a better staff experience at the Club Lounge. There was one slight glitch during a busy period waiting for turkey products for breakfast (we don't eat pork), but other than that, I have only kudos! Wifi is a huge deal... More

Was here for one night this week of 9/28/15 and the front desk and valet/doormen were very efficient and courteous. Location is downtown and convenient. The only drawback is for the rates this property charges, the rooms are severely dated--I'm talking Sanford and Sons dated! A prestige property should be well invested and dividends would follow. Elevators need upgrades as... More

I've stayed at this hotel many times for business. Always great service, and right off the MARTA. Every time I stay at this hotel, I am frustrated by the in room coffee maker. It's confusing, and makes a terrible cup of coffee. But that is really my only complaint, and I'm posting here because all of my colleagues have the... More

The Ritz has a nice location downtown with a small driveway that can get crowded and busy quickly. Check-in was smooth and quick. The room I was given was on a high floor away from the elevator with a view of the inside / building behind it. The odd numbered rooms seem to face the city skyline and probably have... More

Nice start to our trip in Georgia, service was good, room was nice except bath was quite small and shallow. Big comfy bed. Location was ok, next to bars and cafes and a short walk from the aquarium and Olympic park

My daughter had her wedding at The Ritz Carlton Atlanta on September 12, and the experience with the hotel was outstanding. We were there for the weekend and could not have had a better time. The service provided by the hotel staff was absolutely amazing. From the guys at valet, to the bell hops, to the front desk staff, to... More
