Expect to pay extra for everything. There was not enough free parking, so valet was mandatory. Wireless cost and required support. Fridge cost. Decor very bland (dull) and unappealing. Very clean but that was about all. Bath/toiletry/coffee setup poor. Elevators very slow. I would not return unless convenience made it my best choice. more
