I stayed at this hotel for three nights while attending a seminar. The room was large and very clean. the bed was very comfortable as was the lounge chair and the desk chair. there is a split bathroom..shower/tub and toilet in a little room with the large sink, vanity , mirror outside. The staff at the Renaissance were all very nice and accommodating. Our room was very large and clean but the bathroom was TINY. For such a large hotel room I would think they would have made the bathroom a little bit bigger. Pretty decent location - walking distance to MARTA and some of the downtown attractions. This hotel came through priceline and because we were able to get it so cheap it was worth it. It is not worth $130 or more because you have to pay for parking and no breakfast included. This is a hard review to write because of the good things and not so good things. The good stuff first. The staff was very friendly, personable and helpful. You get what you pay for at this property. On the plus side, has pool outside for the kids, easy interstate access.. varsity next block up...beds are comfortable..............................down side....Came to town for a braves weekend. the TV in the room does not show Braves baseball . no in room free internet. bathroom dated..stains on carpet..if your a light sleeper good... more

My review is identical with AZ. Did almost all the same things. Definitely go to the Engine 11 Firehouse. My only complaint is no free internet in rooms. Kind of a joke when there are 20 people in the lobby using the free wifil Giess that is the sign of the times. more
