I stayed at the Sheraton for 7 nights as part of a conference and booked the room through a Housing Bureau mandated by the conference. Would have preferred the Hilton and the Hilton Honors program but lost that `room lottery`and ended up at the Sheraton with 8 colleagues. Most of us are Gold status with SPG and had the consolation... more

We had a fantastic honeymoon stay at the Sheraton Atlanta. I was worried by some of these bad reviews - it's almost as if we were at a different hotel! We stayed in the South Tower and they even upgraded us to the Club level when we arrived! That was very nice because it had a lovely balcony - not... more

I booked two rooms for four nights through Priceline at $50 each per night, so that was a great price: however! Be careful. This hotel is on what I would consider to be the edge of downtown, and walking back from the main tourist attractions, you have to traverse some iffy areas. There are alot of people just sort of... more

I booked this with Starwood preferred guest points so I paid very little for a one night stay. The staff were very helpful and offered us a junior suite, which we were unable to take since we were traveling in four and the suite only slept three. They did however put us in a very large corner family room. Overall... more

Staff was nice, but the property is barely above Motel 6 quality. Parking lot is a hazard to walk out of. Hallways are grim -- ugly carpet, low ceilings with ugly acoustic tile coming down. Guestrooms (we saw two) were small and dingy, with overpowering scent (covering up something?) Noisy A/C. Next night we stayed at Georgian Terrace, a few... more

I recently stayed at this property for 3 days for a business conference. I stayed here because the conference is also at the hotel. The physical building itself is only average. It is an older building (probably built in the late 1960s-early 1970s) and the age does show some. My room was small but comfortable. I did not have any... more

This hotel is ok, service wasn't too bad however, there are a few things to mention. The pictures on-line are VERY deceiving, the hotel looks nothing like it does on-line. The on-line pics make this hotel look 4 star and when you get there it is more like a motel 6. The parking garage is across the street which is... more

Booked two nights at the Sheraton Altanta as part of cross country driving trip. Easy check in, despite the 4th of July crowd and a late night arrival. Convienent parking in the parking deck with in and out access using hotel room key was available for $16 per day, at least I think that was the price. Hotel is what... more

The positive to mention is the staff! Everybody was exceptionally friendly at all times! As well the pool area was quite nice, it was relaxing after an exhausting conference to be able be be outside at the pool. What I can not really recommend is the room we stayed in. The bed was ok but the room was quite smelly... more
