Dim Hallway and poor soundproofing. Staff was wonderful and very friendly. I stayed on the eleventh floor and heard a whirring noise all night long in addition to the neighbors. Should have believed in the previous reviews.

Let me get the bad out of the way -- the parking garage. I think the garage is ridiculous. You cannot get to the hotel from inside the garage. You have to walk down a painted walkway, against the wall with blind spots, and outside of the garage in order to get back to the hotel. It is not safe... More

Had the pleasure of staying at the Atlanta Sheraton for 4 nights. The room was clean and comfortable, the food and meeting facilities were great and the staff was outstanding, every single one of them!
