My girlfriend picked this hotel for a two evening stay due to its proximity to a conference she was attending at the Hyatt. I was dubious, particularly after reading a couple of comments about it on TripAdvisor. That said, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Although TripAdvisor and Google among others list Best Western as operating the hotel, it is now... more

It was the only hotel left near the office due to a huge conference in Atlanta. While the staff was nice and very helpful, the room was horrible. The room door stuck open, the phone did not work and their were water stains all over the ceilings. The room was dark, and did not seem too clean. the tv was... more

My sister and I were running a race in downtown Atlanta so we decided to go with this hotel over the Residence Inn up the street. In any case, we were the last ones to check in and this hotel just runs out of stuff at a certain point in the evening. The regular pillows they put on the bedare... more

We didn't exactly have much choice when we decided to stay at the Best Western Inn at the Peachtrees: we were evacuating from New Orleans due to Hurricane Gustav, and this place was one of the few affordable ones in Atlanta that could accommodate us and our dogs on such short notice. The hotel was conveniently located, and the staff... more

Booked this many months back and in the meantime it stopped being BW. For what you pay, it's a good deal, especially with the free wifi in the rooms and the hot breakfast - better eggs than many fancier places I've stayed in, waffles, decent orange juice. Yes, it's basic and it's motel-style, opening out over the main street, but... more

We took a group of students to the International Science Fair and the Best Western offered the best value. The staff was extremely accomodating - they joked with the students and asked them each day about their experience at the Fair and in Atlanta. The breakfast was outstanding - something for everyone and it was delicious. I would stay here... more

We stayed for 3 nights and felt very comfortable. Parking cost 15$ a night in the garage under the hotel, a cost which we expected to pay. Overall the final bill was reasonable for the standard of hotel. The Marta train station was conveniently just across the road and got us right into the heart of Atlanta to visit CNN,... more

Worst hotel I've ever been to. It took 3 tried to get us into the least dirty/smelly room available. The staff did not know where popular attractions in the city where and could not give directions how to get there. The outdoor entrances do not seem safe. We had a 1st floor room on the street with a 5 foot... more

Did not enjoy this hotel at all. No parking was available, no cribs were available, water temperature was extremely hot, staff not helpful, and room I requested not available, and rooms not clean. Stay at another downtown hotel. more

I can't recommend this hotel to anyone. We booked for 2 nights, but checked out after 1. The garage was full and we had to leave our car on a public parking lot and pay over $10. The room was small, DIRTY and has not seen a makeover in a couple of years. Our bed covers were dirty and the... more
