We visited Atlanta for the July 4th weekend. We were attending an international convention. The room was very nice but there were a lot of problems. The first night the water ran all over the bathroom floor from the handicapped shower and the towel rack fell off the wall. The door lock did not work properly. It took 2-3 tries... More

This is easily the worst hotel I've ever been! If I was Best Western I would totally take the flag out of it! Terrible location, lots of hobos loitering around! Since the hotel is open, we felt very unsafe there and left in a couple hours!!! (We got there at night and could barely sleep!!!) Left in the morning. Not... More

first day: bed had been used previously, they had not changed the sheets and we find a previous passenger hairs on the pillow, we changed room. third day: we left the hotel at 9 AM and returned at 8 PM, surprise the room had not been cleaned. The drawers of the Cabinet opened alone, dirty carpet, outlets that don't work.... More

No Complaints, everything was perfect. The food, the internet, the bed, the entertainment, the location... The Price was fair, given the location so close to Downtown... If you like music, eating, dancing then you would love this hotel.

The hotel is very close to many attractions, the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola to name a couple. Downtown restaurants are just a walk away. We didn't have to move our car, once we parked. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

Booked here for a quick over-night to catch a couple of ball games with the in-laws. Yes, the rooms are older but we knew what we were getting when we booked it. What we couldn't have known is how amazing the staff would be when we made the bonehead mistake of leaving three pairs of expensive glasses behind. Not to... More

Our room felt like they had taken a larger room and cut it in half. You can hardly walk around. There isn't even a real closet, just a cutout in the wall. The bed was so-so. The bathroom was small also. Very limited counter space. The only good thing was being able to walk to downtown attractions. Parking was $15 a day... More

This place is an okay hotel for the price. HOWEVER, the air conditioning in the rooms is not good and they do not have ANY air conditioning downstairs in the lobby or elevators. You have to pay $15 to park in their garage or $15 for the lot across the street. But if you park across the street do NOT... More

Greetings Fayth D. Thank you for your remarks regarding Best Western PLUS Inn at the Peachtrees. I regret that we were not able to exceed your expectations with the Parking, the AC. I'm not sure if you were advised of our on-site parking, which allows unlimited in-and-out access. We hope that you will give us another try when you return... More

The Bet Western Peachtree is located central to all of the activities we had planned. It is walking distance (in cooler weather) to CNN, Coca-Cola, the aquarium, and the Civil Rights Museum. There are several interesting restaurants within a few minutes of the hotel. (Max Lager's is directly across the street -very tasty). In-out parking is a handy feature, with... More
