From the moment you walk into the lobby you are greeted by a friendly staff. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There a multiple resturants within the hotel with excellent food/service. I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia during a recent business trip to Atlanta and had a wonderful experience with the hotel. The first thing we noticed was the service. As the valet unloaded our car, he also helped us select an excellent restaurant for dinner, and then explained the free shuttle service that would bring us back and forth.... more

Went on a Ladies weekend out in Atlanta after reading some reviews on here was a little skeptical of the accommodations but have learned to not believe everything you read on the internet. Hotel was good, Lobby is lovely, room was clean, beds and linens were fabulous. Air conditioner lacked a little- that is the harshest complaint that I have. more
