Pros: very good location, friendly staff, easy check-in & check-out, good rates considering the area. Cons: uncomfortable beds & pillows, small and outdated bathrooms, not the cleanest place ever, low-resolution TVs, terrible "free" breakfast. It'll do in a pinch, as Buckhead is obviously a nice area. If you can afford better, and there's availability at other hotels, skip this one.

Value was good for the Buckhead area. Room was nice. Only complaint was that on both mornings, only one elevator was working. This is not acceptable for a 6-story crowded hotel. At other times of day both elevators were working. It was nice to be able to park inside, under the building, when it was raining. Breakfast area is crowded.

The people at this hotel were very nice and professional. Breakfast was great, a step up from the typical complimentary breakfast. Eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh cooked oatmeal with toppings, fresh waffles, cereal, good coffee selection, and several other things.
