We were very pleased with the host and stay. Our rooms were on 3 red floor with interior hallways. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was as expected from quality inn. The best part of our stay was the hospitality we were shown by the owners. They allowed us to use the breakfast room to serve the group sandwiches... More

We were in Atlanta for an appointment as USCIS and this hotel is the nearest cheapest hotel to the building. It's literally u walking distance or a 30 second drive. Very convenient if you are there for visa related stuff! We arrived at the hotel expecting it to be filthy and run down but it was very safe feeling, extremely... More

Delivers a solid "Quality Inn" experience. By that, nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable and a great value for the price. From the outside, has the look of an older style motel (no interior hallway, room open to the outside walkways). Don't let that fool you, the rooms themselves deliver on what you expect from a Quality Inn. The rooms... More

We stayed here for a church conference. This is an average hotel, more like a motel. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was OK, though I did not like that the bananas were cold/frozen. I would say that there are other hotels in this area of Atlanta that are better, though I would stay here again if needed.

We stayed here for five nights and the hotel was very nice. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel and there is a mall right next to it.

Our family stayed 3 nights at the hotel and it was very nice, a little bit further out of town Than I thought but still ok. Plenty of eatery places around so food was no problem and the hot breakfast was nice. The front counter staff were very helpful and pleasant .

The Quality Inn is very conveniently located if you have an appointment at USCIS.It is almost in walking distance. The rooms are old fashioned and simple but very clean. The beds are comfortable and the whole room serve its purpose. Also in walking distance are a shopping mall, Starbucks and Panera Bread and other restaurants. We ate at The Blue... More

Dear Evelyn: We sincerely appreciate your response to the questionnaire. We obviously have to make corrections and are reviewing the overcooked eggs and expired yogurt with our breakfast service personnel as this is not acceptable. You are most kind in having scored us well regarding cleanliness and are indeed looking forward to your next stay while visiting the US Immigration... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Quality Inn Northlake. Though the hotel is not new it is well kept. Our children enjoyed the pool. We appreciate the hotel is pet friendly. There is very good shopping and attractions very close by. We definitely recommend this location.
