I must have lucked out and gotten a room that had been remodeled recently (11th floor)... after reading some of the other postings about the Embassy. Our room was very chic and clean. We really liked the room decor and the fact that there was a plasma TV in the sitting area and one in the bedroom. The bathroom was... more

The hotel is showing its age. The decor is dated. The room being seprate is nice. The bathroom was average but the room was stuffy. Charging for $10 a day for Internet is a joke. i called the front desk to see if there was a charge and the young ;lady said no but they charged me. I have stayed... more

Just checked-in and was shocked by how old and grungy the hotel is. It's a throwback to the seventies. It's really a 3-star or less hotel. The rooms are dated. We had old, peeling wood furniture. I like that they have a cocktail reception and breakfast, but the rooms are a real disappointment. Needless to say, I won't be back! more

We booked the Embassy Suites because of the location. The location is perfect for the MARTA and restaurants. The Valet parking configuration is a joke. When they built this hotel, they did not consider at all the maneuverability for check-in or drop off and pick up passengers. The manager’s reception nightly was also a joke – only chips and pretzels.... more

Very nice business area hotel with great services. Consistent year round with excellent concierge service and business center. Convienent to downtown and shopping (Lennox Mall). Room was large but a little bit noisy. Food service was great. Everything in the hotel was centrally located off the main lobby. Liked the hours of operation. Great pool too. more

Stayed two nights at this property and it wasn't spectacular, but still good. The nice thing is I needed to check-in a little early (around 130pm) and they had a room available for me. I was assigned to the 10th floor and the room was standard Embassy. Kind of dated and the carpet appeared to need a deep scrub, but... more

I stayed here for a workweek in late October 2008. I have a few key performance parameters that reflect my experience during a hotel stay. One of them is the condition/cleanliness of the bathroom. This Embassy Suites scored high in all my measures of merit save for the bathroom standard. The low point was the tub. It seemed to have... more

This was an EXCELLENT CHOICE. As an English girl, it was pure value for money with bed, breakfast AND free cocktails!! I loved the huge bed (actually a proper king size bed) and two televisions. The staff were fantastic (everyone from the waiters/waitresses, cooks, shop staff, receptionists, cleaners). I always found someone with a smile and I lovedddddddddddddd my time... more

This hotel was disappointing. Consistantly rude valet parking staff; lack of follow thru on service (a "no-can-do" attitude; and alot of mold in toilet. Plus they did not clean it as requested. Finally $19 /day to park with rude valet staff is not worth it. The doubletree hotel north druid hills is half the price, but much better service. more
