We stay at this hotel frequently for business. Staff is great, it is clean and is you standard Embassy suite. I like the location to the mall and there is a nice wine shop next door. The nearby Greek Restaurant is a great value and so is the Vinings Inn. more

I have stayed at the Embassy Suites Galleria several times, most recently in March 2009. The rooms are all large suites with nice appointments. The complimentary breakfast is very good (hot breakfast with omelets to order) and very quick. The complimentary social hour is a nice touch. On the down side, the hotel can be noisy at night due to... more

Good overall experience but room wasn't completed when checked in. There were no tissues, toilet paper, pillows for sofa bed in room. After 2 calls to front desk, they arrived. But good overall as most/ all embasseys are. Would stay again. more

I have just returned from a stay at this property. The location was perfect for my needs and the rates were in my range, so I chose this property despite the iffy reviews here. First off I have to say that the staff here were wonderfull. The front desk staff were pleasant and always tried to do their best to... more

We spent 10 days here to attend fhe Atlanta Opera, which performed Next Door. The hotel was roomy, friendly, clean, responsive. The manager's reception in the evening was welcome, as were the cooked to order breakfasts. The computers worked -- for free -- and the coin op guest laundry functioned. The suites were true suites, not just a big room... more

We have always enjoyed staying at Embassy Suites hotels. Between us, my wife and I have stayed in about 10 of them. Well, the Embassy Suites Atlanta - Galleria was the exception. The room, itself, was typical for this chain. I wasn't crazy about the smell of it, though, but I believe it was from a cleaner as opposed to... more

Just spent two nights at this hotel at the intersection of I-285 and I-75. Decent location for getting into town, with several restaurants in the nearby area. The rooms were fine with typical furnishings in the two-room Embassy Suites format, although somewhat rough around the edges with peeling paint on the ceiling, foggy windows, beat-up vanities, and worn mattresses--definitely a... more

Spent the 4th of July weekend from Thursday thru Sunday at this property. Overall my trip was pleasant. However I had some issues. There wasn't enough bath towels to begin with. The next day I requested towels and I was told that there were no towels at the time and that i would have to wait. The Iron board was... more

My car was parked in their parking lot under the light but was robbed within minutes of our reaching there...while we were checking in at 9:30 PM. The security comes only at 11:00 PM. It was a total nightmare losing our valuables and the hotel staff just shrugged their shoulders and did not seem to care a lot. In fact... more

I was there 5 days for a trade show across the way at the Cobb Center. You do need a car. Located in a suburban office and retail mixed use/sprawling area. If you are planning on walking you do so on great expanses of asphalt parking lots and not on sidewalks. The hotel does offer a shuttle within a fixed... more
