My wife and I had to go to the Hospital for her day surgery and decided upon the Inn to stay. the room was clean and the hospitality displayed to us was exceptional. the bathrooms were in good condition as compared to some higher priced hotels we have stayed at. all in all it was a great experience.

I recently stayed at the University Inn at Emory for a conference on campus. I arrived during the late afternoon. During the hospitality hour drinks were served in the lobby, and a very nice lady brought me a glass of wine then sat with me and told me about local restaurants within walking distance. The room itself was spacious with... More

I stayed here recently for business and while there was nothing terribly wrong, there were many small issues which led to a disappointing stay. First, the wi-fi did not work on my lower-floor room at night. Mysteriously it worked (albeit slow) in the morning. When I turned the shower up full blast, a noise came out of the shower (presumably... More

From the reviews I read I wasn't sure what to expect , but I was pleasantly surprised. We needed to be in the Decatur area and because of several events we were having trouble finding a room in the area. Took the room at the university inn, it was more than we needed( it had a kitchen) but at least... More

We have stayed here twice while bringing our son to Emory. Location is great (near campus and Emory Village). Room decor is a bit dated, but I understand they are planning a re-do. Staff is friendly. We will stay here on future trips, as well.

This was a nice little hotel, particularly if you don't like chain hotels. It is minutes from Emory Medical Center, near Emory University and Emory Village for interesting restaurants and shops. The Inn has a small pool, which is an added bonus, as well as a really nice continental breakfast in the oldest building of the complex, which is an... More

I stayed here briefly (one night) while traveling for school-related purposes. This was the inn chosen by our professors. I didn't get a chance to really enjoy this hotel since I was barely in it, but the office / lobby area is cute & homey. The staff was friendly & personable. Otherwise, once you go to the inn section of... More

We were put in the "guest house". HUGE, HUGE cockroach running on wall. Refrigerator filthy on the outside. I called the front desk and someone eventually came with a tissue to kill the cockroach but my husband had already got it with his shoe. The person from the desk said hopefully that will be the only cockroach. Hopefully???? They only... More

The place if you're looking for the least expensive hotel in the area and convenient to Emory. You get what you pay for. Two stars for price and convenience to Emory. Three floors, no elevator. Run down and shabby. Weak to no Wi-Fi signal in rooms. Poor complimentary breakfast. This place has seen its better days. Stayed for a total... More

Thank you for your comments. We apologize for the week wifi signal. It was my understanding that we offered you a room where the signal was stronger. If that was not the case we need to know that. We are about to begin a renovation that will provide a fresh update. This update should be completed early fall, 2015. Should... More
