Stayed here 1 night, that was enough, we checked out and went elsewhere. We pulled in and went to check in, found our room and upon our return we had been blocked in and couldn't move. We waited about 5 minutes then went to the lobby there was no one there. The staff was unwilling to help, we should have... More

A group of us had arranged to meet in Atlanta for our annual get together and sadly, we picked the Ramada. We thought we were booking a reputable chain so we were confident of our choice. The rooms were disgusting. We had booked a no smoking room but when we were let into it the stench of smoke was overpowering.... More

We used their park and fly program, paid $5/day to park there after a night's stay before our flight. When we returned a week later- our 2006 F150 had been stolen. They said they had security but could not even tell us when the vehicle went missing in those days we were gone. They have no security cameras... and apparently... More

Mr. Ted Hasbrouck(G.M.) and staff were EXCELLENT! From the front desk, to the clean room and the Bristol Rest.(onsite) everything was great from top to bottom. Anything I needed(questions about local places to eat in the area to the malls, to other local attractions and directions to get there) were answered. I could not of asked for a better place... More

After a flight delay, I had to stay over at the Ramada Conference Center per the airline. First of all, I went to the desk and asked for toothpaste and matches since I had not been planning an overnight stay. Even though they had a sign in my room inviting me to get supplies I needed, I was told they... More

My sister stayed there for a night to catch and early flight. No bellboy but other services were excellent, so I can´t understand other reviews. Very convenient location. I stayed in a Non-Smoking room and it was very pleaseant. Very elegant. Great mattress. Iron, coffee maker. Very clean. They don´t speak Spanish (I only speak Spanish), but the staff helped... More

I stayed at the Ramada Inn in Atlanta because of a cancelled Delta flight. Delta provided a voucher for my stay. I thought that this would be a good hotel, because I thought that Ramada had a good reputation. When I arrived at the hotel, it seemed nice. The lobby was clean. I was shocked at the condition of the... More
