Great location in Atlanta. Staff was exceptional from meeting coordination (Jayna arranged for workshop/conference for 30) to reception team to cleaning staff. Space for meeting events large for workshops and seminars -- also large enough for nice social event as it spilled onto patio. Catered food resources very good. Accommodations very good. Highly recommend.

Very impressed by some of the areas of this hotel. Must say the parking lot attendant was super and so was the guest reception hostess. Check in No problem. BED The bed was HORRIBLE! This was the area that put them into an average rating. It was so uncomfortable that I kept waking up all night with my back sore.... More

Stayed here for two nights on a work trip. The rooms were fine. Plenty of room to spread out and not be cramped up in just the bedroom. Nothing to see out the window from my room 407 - just another building 30ft away or so. I didn't research to see what the best rooms are. Seems like there should... More

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip for a few days. On the plus side, my room was large, the mattress was very firm, the shower water pressure and temperature were very good, the refrigerator was a nice size, the utensils and plates were clean, and it had a stove and dishwasher (that I did not use). The... More

I visited back in January and figured I would give them a third (and possibly last) change to redeem themselves from my previous stays. When I arrived, the front desk staff was pretty friendly, and I thought that maybe they have redeemed themselves. The room they gave me was an updated suite, and I started to relax a bit. Then... We stay in many Residence Inns over at least 20 different US cities.(Because we like to bring our well-behaved little dog with us when we travel.) This one in Atlanta is the best by far. Location is perfect-in the heart of midtown Atlanta-charming, cultural, and safe. Walking distance to many attractions. The property has modern decor, is well-maintained and spotlessly... More

I booked a room for myself with two beds and got a huge room with full dining table, sofa bed, 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and 3 tvs. Way more than I needed, but I'd love to bring my family for a stay. Only negative was that the floor in the kitchen area was really sticky. I cleaned... More

My fiance and I stayed here for the night after the Beer Carnival at Atlantic Station. The walk wasn't bad at all to the location. The room was perfect for what we needed it to be. A place to crash after heavy drinking. Loved having the kitchen area. Bed was comfortable. Just wish they had the option for King sized... More

I would certainly return to this hotel in the future. I stayed here for two nights while on business, but I could certainly see how they hotel would be nice for longer stays. The rooms are nicely sized mini-suites, and are clean and well appointed. I enjoyed both the included breakfast and evening happy hour. The hearth room where breakfast... More

Stayed her for two nights on a work trip. Friendly staff, clean rooms and common areas, and a very good free breakfast (plus free wine and hors d'oeuvres on one of the nights I was there). The wifi is free, though it's not always great. The fitness room could use a bit more fitness equipment. But overall, this is a... More
