Convenient location for Midtown. However, 2 of 3 elevators were out of service, no towels were left in room after 1st night maid service, vents in bath exhaust were filthy, AC made load noises, and shower hot/cold adjustment would not work. Maybe try somewhere else. more

Seems like a very nice hotel (no pool for the kids, however), but it doesn't matter how nice the place is when there are bedbugs. Room 327. They gave us a new room, no questions asked, but is that because they already knew it had bedbugs? Even more cynically, I wonder if they gave us a bed bug room because... more

My husband and I and our two adult children stayed at this hotel because of its location to the Arts Center. We had a two bedroom, two bath suite and it was huge. It was walking distance to the Marta subway. While most of the restaurants were near 14th Street, the distance was walkable. We took the Marta to the... more

I was excited when I booked this hotel on Priceline because I had stayed here a few times before and always had good experiences. Not this time. Here are the problems that I hadon this trip: 1. Given a handicap-accessible room; did not need nor want one; was told that this was the ONLY ROOM TYPE AVAILABLE because I booked... more

The rooms are typical of a residence inn. Clean and roomy, with below average appointments for the price. The lobby is small and unimpressive. Staff was unremarkable. There are limited services, typical of the brand. more

Very friendly front desk at check in. Room was clean, sleeper sofa was small for adult. Part of a package deal to see King Tut and the First Emperor (Chinese terracotta warriors). Included VIP passes for King Tut and First Available for First Emperor. Parking ($19 a night) was included - we had two vehicles. Included breakfast buffet was ok.... more

I got a great deal on this hotel and was very pleased with what we got for the price. The room was not in the best condition, it had obviously been well-loved and renovated several times over the years. However, it was HUGE! This time, it was just my wife and I, so we really didn't need all the space,... more

I had to stay here one night, and upon arrival, the front desk was fairly rude because my room was paid for, but they insisted it wasn't and demanded my credit card anyway. It was all resolved by check out and I was not charged, but the customer service was not good. I decided to shower and imagine that NO... more

The hotel was great value (£65 b&b) for a pit stop en-route elsewhere. It was clean and had everything we needed however there's not much going on in the area. There's a nice restaurant called Oceanic at 14th St but thats about it. We went up to Buckhead to pick up a car and on reflection I'd probably have rather... more

I travel a lot for work and spend a lot of time in lame hotels, but this is not one of them. Only a couple blocks from the office buildings, MARTA station, and the Arts Center. The front desk staff were very friendly every time you entered the lobby. They were always acknowledging you whenever you walked by. The breakfast... more
